Apartment located in a reference street in the heart of the Historic Zone of Porto, in a building with elevator after the 1st floor, super quiet and bright.

Includes 1 super spacious room for 2 people with Queen Size bed (1. 60x2.00) m, living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people (1. 40x2.00), kitchenette, 1 complete bathroom with heater.

The kitchen includes a fridge and hob and enough utensils to prepare simple and quick meals.

Very good quality bed, mattress, sofa, furniture and bed and bath linen.

Spacious toilet. Hair dryer available.

TV and WI-FI included.

Heating is not included in the price, and has an additional cost of € 10 / night.

Beautiful apartment in an excellent location

We stayed three nights in Porto in Joao's apartment. The location is stunning as it is so close to many major attractions, bars and restaurants. The apartment had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay and it is exactly as seen in the photographs. Joao and Joana were very helpful in planning our trip and we had a wonderful time in the beautiful city of Porto.

Apartamento excepcionalmente bien situado, limpio y completo.Ideal para 2 o 3 personas.

La estancia ha sido muy agradable. El apartamento está muy bien situado, cerca de bares y restaurantes, monumentos y del río. Tambien cerca de supermercados para poder comprar. Es un apartamento con todo lo necesario y muy limpio. El dueño Joao es muy simpático y atento. Está pendiente de cualquier cosa que necesitas en todo momento. Además te explica muy bien todo lo que puedes hacer en la ciudad, lo que es de agradecer. Lo recomiendo y repetiría sin dudarlo.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Porto dans cet appartement. Situé en plein coeur de Porto, nous avons pu tout faire à pied. L'accueil est très agréable et l'appartement est fidèle aux photos.
