退房前的早上，下樓吃早餐時，房務人員提早打開連通房的外門，之後並未關上，內部的房間門只有掩著未上鎖的狀態，雖然初步檢查應該沒有掉東西，但覺得客房管理需要再加強房間的裝潢屬現代風，洗手台在外面，淋浴間跟馬桶是獨立隔間，床可以調整高度，飯店早餐滿好吃從機場或火車站建議搭計程車，最近的地鐵站外有個大斜坡，步行至老城區約15分鐘，過馬路有自助洗衣店

Good location to Porto for walking. The room had some mood changing LED features that we didn't need and a shower/toilet separated by fogged glass that could lead to privacy issues for some travelers.

Overall, very nice hotel. Friendly staff and very clean property. Only negatives were the the traffic in the front side of the hotel and the mirror's on/off button light made it hard to fall asleep.

Great location, modern hotel, comfy beds and great shower. Not much storage but happy to live out of suitcase for a few days. We didn’t use housekeeping and you were meant to get a voucher you could use in hotel in exchange but it didn’t materialise. Roof terrace bar has great views. Had breakfast one day and there was a good selection, but expensive - lots of cafes nearby that do good coffee and breakfast at a fraction of the cost. Air con in our room was ineffective, lowest it would go was 19 degrees and it kept turning itself off - room was very hot. Would stay again and request a low bedroom - would worry you’d hear the live DJ and bar noise if on upper levels.

The breakfast brunch does include a variety of items. It does have protein as well as sweets, carbs, and yogurt and fresh fruits. They give you a an opportunity to skip cleaning the bedroom for a five EURO voucher toward food which I thought was a great incentive. That way, instead of paying €16 for the buffet you pay only 11. The gym was adequate - that’s important to us. The location is very convenient if you don’t mind a little walking.

Didnt have a chance to have breakfast at the hotel, but AC works too advanced and environmental friendly as it turns off automatically as soon as you open/close the door, it could leave the room very stuffy if in summer.

Modernes Hotel auf gutem Niveau. Frühstück war sehr gut. Die Lage ist nicht sehr attraktiv. In der Nacht war es sehr laut, einerseits seitens anderer Gäste aber vor allem der Verkehrslärm war sehr störend. Auf schriftliche Anfragen wurde nicht geantwortet, das Telefon wurde trotz mehrfacher Anrufe partout nicht abgenommen. Trotz der vereinbarten Zahlungsmethode (mit Zusatzkosten vor Ort) wurde der Rechnungsbetrag schon vorher abgebucht. Ich würde nicht noch einmal in diesem Hotel übernachten und kann es nicht weiterempfehlen, da das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis leider gar nicht passt.
