“A wonderful property. Kind of magical. All of the employees were kind, thoughtful, and helpful. Our room was excellent, clean and well appointed. And our meals were beautifully prepared and delicious. Highly recommend the property and giving a call out to our delightful server in the restaurant, Mario. Very close to Monopoli and other wonderful sites. Treat yourself to a memorable experience and stay here. ”

“We had a wonderful stay here for 4 nights. Antonio recommended us some great food and drink places which were excellent! The room was very spacious and we had a very comfortable memory foam bed. Also were very greatful for working air conditioning! Also the bathroom was beautiful and had an incredible shower! Both Antonio and Domenico were so helpful in general too - We missed our flight getting home and they were really helpful when we needed some advice and help with taxi’s. We would 100%……

“I very rarely leave a bad review but I received no response from the owner for two months. We booked the luxury room costing over £100 per night. This was not a luxury room, it had no windows and no wardrobe / drawers to put our clothes away in except 4 hangers on a rope. Our bathroom bin wasn't cleaned properly each day, so I had to ask for it to be emptied and we also woke up to cockroaches in the room. The luxury room is in the basement, so feels really damp especially as we were unable to……

“The pictures look great of this property and that is why we booked. Communication was with The Happy rental rep. Upon arrival we found the keybox and there was 5 unmarked keys so you had to guess which was for each door. Steep narrow steps with low head room to the floor where apartment was. We knew this but if you are tall and have large suitcases certainly not ideal. Initial inspection looked good although a bit smaller than the photos suggested. Airconditioning non-existent - AC unit circulates room air at best. Brilliant location for visiting Monopoli. Room prices on the high side.”
