“Beautiful outside area/views/trees and plants. Definitely a place where you will want to spend most of your time outdoors! Appreciated this even more after seeing other properties where gardens were sparse. It felt very private (although there is a property next door - not sure whether this is in use). We spent a lot of time at the property and I found the outdoor chairs uncomfortable towards the end of the stay. Mid-may was cooler and much more windy than I expected.”

“The hosts should consider a smoother check in and check out procedure. There was a general lack of effective communication. The layout was a bit unusual with one full bathroom next to the kitchen and not near either of the main bedrooms. We only found out about a third bedroom into our stay. The property also had several expense items that are unusual including having to rent and pay extra for linens and requiring a security deposit refundable by the host after an inspection on check out. “Wir haben eine Woche in Castro Marina verbracht und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Maria und Tommaso sind sehr sympathische Gastgeber, wir haben uns sehr über den Wein und die Taralli zur Begrüßung gefreut :) Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und die Aussicht ist ganz wunderbar!”

“Die Wohnung liegt total zentral und hat alles was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine. Der nächste Bäcker ist 2 Minuten Fußweg entfernt, der Supermarkt genau gegenüber. Im Nu ist man am Strand und in der Altstadt. Maria spricht sehr gut deutsch und ist sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Der Garagenstelllplatz ist super! Alles in Allem sehr zu empfehlen Danke Maria”

“The house was very spacious. It was very clean. It had a lovely private garden/ orchard and although the pool was not big it was good for cooling off. There was a cafe next door and a bakery next door to that. There is a supermarket about 3mins in the car away and there are a few local restaurants. We only ate at one, Il Sogno.. Not a huge menu but a very good meal. Communication with the host was good. Good outside seating, could maybe do with more comfortable seating inside. A very pleasant……

Das Haus war blitzsauber und das Inventar, samt Küchenutensilien, komplett ausreichend für eine entspannte Zeit. Die Aussicht auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. “Es war wirklich wunderschön. Die Villa liegt so schön ruhig in der Natur aber auch nur wenige Minuten vom super schönen Sandstrand entfernt. In der Unterkunft fehlt es an gar nichts. Die Besitzer Antonio und Assunta sind solch liebenswürdige Menschen. Egal was man braucht sie sind sofort greifbar. Wenn sie mal nicht da sind vermisst man sie sofort. Man hat sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Wir haben durch den Urlaub nicht nur die Region anschauen dürfen sondern haben durch die Beiden auch die Menschen……

“We enjoyed our stay very much. Biagio was a very attentive host and made us feel welcome from the beginning. The property is well equipped, well maintained and has a number of areas to relax. The views are spectaco! The location is close to amenities and a number of local natural swimming pools. A car is needed to explore the area.”
