Eu reservei uma estadia nesse hotel , porem quando liguei para o hotel me foi informado que o hotel estaria fechado naquela data . Me deram um e-mail para eu resolver, porém o e-mail não existia . Não consegui solução com o Hotels.com e nem nesse hotel .Foi cobrado no cartao o valor e agora estou com o descaso total de ambos para resolver meu problema . E , claro, como consta que eu fiquei hospedada ,estão pedindo minha avaliação . Está ai , não sei nada sobre o hotel , apesar de ter pago duas diarias do tal .

Razoável. Atendimento da recepção básico. Quartos precisando de reforma. O que salva: Boa localização. Na verdade está compatível com o descritivo das demais avaliações. BOA OPÇÃO EM TAPERAPUÃ

Equipe de recepção bastante receptiva e atenciosa. Destaque para a dupla Rafael e Bruno. Chegamos pouco antes das 12 horas e, como nosso quarto já estava pronto, pudemos entrar antes das 14 horas. Apartamento espaçoso, contemplando uma mini cozinha americana com pia, microondas e geladeira; sala de estar com sofá, mesa e cadeiras de plástico e uma sacadinha; banheiro espaçoso e quarto bastante amplo. Quarto equipado com ar condicionado split que refrigerava muito bem e silencioso. TV, a qual não usamos e não saberia dizer canais e qualidade do sinal. Armário embutido de madeira sem aqueles cheiros de fechado. Camas confortáveis com roupas de cama e travesseiros razoáveis. Cobertor disponível. Banheiro com ótima ducha, porém vazava um pouco de água para fora do box, parecendo problema na vedação de silicone. Fornecem sabonetinhos. Ponto negativo para o papel higiênico folha simples de má qualidade. Café da manhã variado e farto, contemplando opções de pães, bolos, frutas (melão, melancia e mamão), presunto e muçarela, cereais, café, leite e refrescos. Pratos quentes variam conforme o dia e incluíram nos dias em que estivemos: banana frita, canjica, mingau de aveia, salsicha, ovos mexidos, milho cozido, torta de liquidificador, empada e pão de queijo. Ótima localização, próxima a Barraca do Gaúcho, nossa preferida. Ponto de ônibus na esquina. Estacionamento amplo. Wi-fi grátis. Restaurante do hotel oferece almoço e jantar pagos à parte.

Hotel muito bom porém com algumas considerações... wi-fi limitado, baixa velocidade (segundo o hotel estava com problemas e aguardavam a assistência de um técnico), quarto sempre limpo porém os colchões são velhos e sujos. Demais pontos nada a reclamar. Pessoal muito atencioso!

Assim que chegamos tivemos que entrar nos e-mails pessoais e apresentar os vouchers do hoteis.com, mesmo ja estando a reserva efetuada. A internet não funcionava em nenhum lugar do hotel. A piscina é aquecida e o horario de funcionamento é ate as 9 da noite.

Hotel bom. Piscina excelente com água aquecida e funcionamento até 21hs. Por se tratar de apart hotel onde comporta 5 pessoas senti falta de espelhos. Há somente um dentro do banho. Televisão com poucos canais e imagem ruim. Internet? Péssima. WiFi não funcionou nenhum dia. Na recepção funcionava mais ou menos. Nenhuma das solicitações feitas na reserva em dezembro/15 foram atendidas.No mais gostamos muito, principalmente localização.
