A Villa Zena é uma pousada frente ao mar, cujos destaques são além da localização, a piscina maravilhosa, os quartos confortåveis, o excelente bar e restaurante na praia, com ótima estrutura e cozinha ! O café da manhã é uma delicia, quase tudo feito na casa pelas meninas. O bolo "Pedacinho do céu" jå é motivo para voltar. Outro grande diferencial é a simpatia de toda a equipe, começando pela Rosane na recepção, as Patricias, o pessoal da praia, Joel, Nilton, Damires, Mickael, Gleice, enfim todos realmente empenhados em atender bem e nos fazer sentir em casa.

A pousada é muito bem estruturada, quarto legal , cama maravilhosa, travesseiros tudo limpo. O banheiro estava com um pouco de cheiro de esgoto, e ågua do chuveiro não esquentava. Café da manhã de segunda-feira e de terça-feira estava faltando tudo, tinha q ficar pedindo as coisas, ja na quarta-feira estava bem completo e diversificada. Tem um café da tarde com bolo ou bolachas de cortesia. O mar estava bem agitado, com bastante ondas, não aconselho para criança. Pegamos um dia de sol, os outros dias só chuva .

A pousada é pé na areia e tem todas as comodidades, como restaurante, serviço de massagem (incrível, por sinal) e estacionamento. Desapontado

Deixou a desejar. O encanamento do chuveiro que escoa a agua estava entupida, virava uma poça de agua e nao descia. Falei com a recepção e disse que iria arrumar, enviou alguem mas nao adiantou, precisei reclamar uma segunda vez para enviar a manutenção mas demorou mais de uma manhã. A ågua para tomar banho, do vaso sanitårio e da pia para escovar os dentes era amarelada. Caiu a luz e nao tinha um gerador ou um plano de adequação, passou quase 1 dia inteiro sem luz por falta de manutenção das årvores que tem na pousada causando a queda se um galho na chuva na rede elétrica. Mas a pousada é uma gracinha e a funcionåria responsåvel pelo cafe da manha, a Patricia é fenomenal. Cobram taxa de estadia de pet que é justa se for para cobrir manutenção ou algo do genero mas nao proporcionou nada, nem auxilios, nem manutenção e nada que justificasse a taxa.

O hotel é ótimo. Boa acomodação com roupas de cama e limpeza ótima. Funcionåria do café super cordial, e a variedade de produtos não deixa a desejar, só achei que o café poderia estar disponível mais cedo, para atender aqueles que querem fazer outras atividades e aproveitar a manhã. O cardåpio de praia poderia ter mais opçÔes de cerveja e snacks fåceis de consumir na praia. Outra questão é sobre a ågua do local, realmente a ågua é mais ferrosa e para quem tem cabelo claro como o meu pode acabar tendo variação de cor, acho vålido inclusive, a pousada colocar um alerta para os hóspedes em relação a isso. Outra sugestão é avaliar colocar academia na pousada, muitos hóspedes treinam e isso pode ser fator de decisão. No mais, não hå do que se reclamar, podem se hospedar sem medo, pousada beira mar com o melhor atendimento. Amei a estadia e voltaria com certeza.

A estrutura do hotel Ă© muito boa, porĂ©m o local estĂĄ desleixado. No dia que chegamos o restaurante estava fechado e o bar tambĂ©m. No segundo dia como estava chovendo, o funcionĂĄrio do hotel disse que foi acordado, e que nĂŁo gostaria de estar trabalhando pois estava chovendo. O local de ficar perto da praia nem sequer estava arrumado para nĂłs receber, nĂŁo tiveram coragem de colocar umas mĂșsica. NĂŁo tinha ĂĄgua quente durante 3 dias, e no Ășltimo dia a ĂĄgua acabou. Graças a Deus as funcionĂĄrias do cafĂ© eram boas de serviço. O local estĂĄ faltando gestĂŁo, com o tempo nĂŁo sobrarĂĄ nada.

Barulho e tremor.

Contratamos quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro mas entregaram um quarto diferente do contratado. O quarto oferecido tinha um barulho e um tremor na parede que nĂŁo parava e gerou um desconforto durante toda a estadia. Comunicados do problema nĂŁo tomaram qualquer providĂȘncia e disseram que era assim mesmo e que nem todo mundo se incomodava com o barulho. Orientaram afastar a cama da parede para nĂŁo sentir o tremor nas costas. Recomendo para que, se forem se hospedar nesse lugar, pedirem pra ficar nos quartos sem barulho e tremor de mĂĄquinas.

Dias maravilhosos !!

A Villa Zena Ă© uma pousada confortĂĄvel, localizada em uma das praias mais agradaveis de Arraial. Na marĂ© baixa se forma uma piscina na frente. O cafĂ© da manhĂŁ Ă© uma experiĂȘncia a parte, com 99 % dos itens feitos na casa, com muito capricho. A nova piscina localizada ao lado do bar de praia Ă© uma delicia, e o novo horĂĄrio do restaurante ficou Ăłtimo, agora vai atĂ© as 22 h. O ponto a destacar de modo geral Ă© a simpatia de toda a equipe, do pessoal do bar de praia, das meninas do cafĂ©, da recepção, a Patricia da governança, o Danilo. Nos sentimos sempre bem recebidos e voltaremos sempre !
