O quarto era limpo e bem aconchegante e o café da manhã tinha muita variedade. A equipe de funcionários é maravilhosa, uma menção especial para o garçom Flávio e para o sr. Carlo da recepção, muito atenciosos. O Wi-Fi é um dos pontos negativos, o sinal no quarto que eu estava era um pouco fraco e as vezes eu não conseguia acessar a internet. Nos dias de chuva, acho que a área externa precisa um pouco mais de atenção, varrer e recolher as folhas e galhos caídos e limpar e enxugar o piso, que fica muito melecado. Também achei a área de lazer do hotel fraca, sem muita opção de diversão pra quem prefere não sair.

O hotel é muito bonito, bem cuidado e possui uma excelente estrutura. Na minha opinião, não vale a pena contratar a meia pensão. A alimentação é muito básica, com poucas opções, e não compensa o valor do pacote. Também é importante saber que o hotel é dividido em dois blocos. Inicialmente, fomos acomodados no último quarto do complexo, muito distante da recepção, exigindo uma longa caminhada. Além disso, era necessário subir escadas, o que foi um problema, pois minha irmã tem dificuldades de locomoção. O quarto tinha vista para uma caixa d'água, recebia pouca luz solar e apresentava muito mofo. Solicitamos a troca na recepção. No início, o recepcionista Erick foi muito atencioso, porém, após o pedido de troca, percebemos uma mudança em sua postura e também no atendimento do chefe da recepção, que demonstrou insatisfação com nossa solicitação. Apesar disso, o quarto foi trocado após algum tempo. Outro ponto importante é que o hotel não possui piscina aquecida nem banheira de hidromassagem. Apesar desses pontos, a estrutura do hotel é muito bonita. Com alguns ajustes no atendimento, na distribuição dos quartos e na alimentação, a experiência pode ser muito melhor.

Os quartos eram bem limpos e espaçosos, funcionários super prestativos, e o café da manhã excepcional. A localização é excelente e foi muito tranquilo deixar o carro estacionado. Mas o banheiro (pelo menos do quarto que ficamos) precisa de uma reforma urgente!

Café da manhã bom porém não tinha mamão e banana todos os dias. Nao tinha conversor de voltagem, algo simples de ter e faz toda a diferença. Toboágua não estava funcionando. Funcionários muito educados .
