“The staff was very courteous and accommodating. They called us when the person doing the cleaning found an iPad, verified that it was ours and while we were ready to take a cab back, they drove it down to where we were on El Camino. Highly recommended.

“El lugar y la zona donde se ubica es precioso, el Balneario descuidado, las habitaciones mediocres, hasta ahí normal para un Hotel de 3 estrellas pero el precio es elevado y eso que yo fui en temporada bajisima. Una pena, con poco más de cariño seria un lugar agradable. IMPORTANTE el Spa no está incluido en el precio. ”

“Delightful hotel inside the walled town of Lugo. We were driving from Leon and didn’t have parking instructions. You have to drive into the city at Porta Mina to access the hotel’s very convenient parking. The staff was friendly. Our room was clean and spacious but missing some minor amenities like tissues, hair conditioner, and complimentary drinking water available at comparable hotels on our trip. Definitely stay here for the unbeatable access to the old town walls and the cathedral.”
