“The apartment is in a small fishing village/town with lovely bars and restaurants that are full of Sicilian families on holiday. There are hardly any non-Italian tourists which was ideal for us. The sea is crystal clear which is great for snorkelling and it’s quite literally 1 min from the apartment! It’s an ideal location for 3-4 days and a great base for seeing Syracuse and Ragusa. A fantastic find!”

“Appartamento confortevole, molto pulito, veramente di fronte alla spiaggia, basta attraversare la strada. Piscina molto curata ed utile perché nella settimana in cui ho soggiornato qui, spesso, il pomeriggio al mare era molto ventilato, quindi ottima alternativa soprattutto per i miei figli di 6 e 10 anni che hanno apprezzato molto. “Unfortunately our trip didn't go as planned as our son was ill but Isabella and Corrado were so kind and did everything possible to help. They are lovely people and wonderful hosts. The villa itself is lovely, especially the outside area, and the surroundings are stunning. You definitely need a car but the isolation means peace and quiet and great views. Unfortunately we didn't get to explore the area so hopefully we can return one day.”

“We came in from the USA. We really enjoyed the stay. The property is well-maintained and clean and the pool is awesome.Beds work are super comfortable-great shower-and the kitchen was nice too. We found Avola to be a great location close to the highway. We were surprised that there is way more restaurants than we anticipated seeing online.Grocery stores in the area are cheap in my mind. And it was great buying real pasta and meats and the wine here is so cheap.It can be a little tricky finding……
