「Pros: The house is in a very quiet place, it has a spacious external garden, with washing machine and shower. The interior is recently renovated, everything was perfect and spacious for 3 people. The kitchen is equipped for a good breakfast and dinner. The bedding is comfortable, the air condition is a plus for the hot days, in 30 minutes the house is cold enough. I would recommend to anybody this place! Also, not far from the southern best beaches of Mallorca.」

Parkmöglichkeit für PKW durch die zentrale Lage der Wohnung mitunter schwierig. Sehr guter Kontakt zur Vermieterin Maria. An einem Tag war eine Dusche defekt-nach kurzer WhatsApp an Maria war am nächsten Tag der Klempner vor Ort und alles wieder OK. Vielen Dank! 」

「Thought I would write a detailed review. To set the scene we had a fantastic holiday. Communication with property manager re check in etc was great.The location is good. There is a road which runs near to the villa so expect some road noise. This did not bother us at all but may do others. The walk into Porto Petra is a short walk and the harbor area is beautiful. 「The house is not as it seems on the website. firstly there is no view whatsoever. Only a small crowded terrace for eating outside with a view of an ugly fence. There are no restaurants nearby for eating with the exception of a not-very-good Pizza place on Mondrago beach. The swimming pool is not a swimming pool. It is roughly 1.8 meters - a plunge pool.
