“"Terrible experience—don't waste your time or money. They double-booked and canceled my reservation without informing me until the day of my arrival. They refused to issue a full refund, and there was a complete lack of communication. No one took accountability, and now, five days later, I'm still trying to obtain the remainder of my refund. “Nice area, easy to get to. Rooms were fine, no regrets staying here. We were visiting our son, so didn't spend a lot of time in unit. We'd stay there again in the future. Heads up, we picked this location for the one level accommodations as we were traveling with my 85 year old mother-in-law. The bathtub has a very rounded, somewhat slippery bottom. Something to be aware of if you will have elderly people with you.”
