This place was wonderful. I plan to return when i come back to NH. The room is so spacious and clean. It is a nice apartment rather than a room at an inn. The staff were so nice. Not a big breakfast but they tell you that. So many things to do in the close areas.
Very nice hotel that is only getting better. We talked to the new owner in the morning. Not only did he tell us of all the great changes he’s made in the short ownership, but even discussed how they will be improving even more over the winter. It’s great to see a already nice hotel get even better!
Absolutely fantastic, wish I stayed there longer very clean, lots of thoughtful touches eg makeup cleaning pads. Next door is a fantastic restaurant voted the best on the seacoast, I think it's one of the best in new England

Long weekend getaway
It was nice and quiet. Bed not really comfortable but new owner says all beds will be replaced. It was warm in room and windows were painted shut but are to be replaced inthe near future Staff was friendly and helpful The nearby beaches were lovely .Great muffins in the morning
Under new ownership so hopefully they will upgrade window treatments with something light blocking. Current blinds are ridiculous. Mattresses ate awfully soft. It is very clean.
The motel had comfortable beds and was very clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. My only complaint was the front blinds were not room darkening. It would be great if we could pull the curtains across for room darkening.

Comedy of errors?
As we arrived they were working on the place, and we found out it was recently purchased and under new ownership. After we checked in we were informed that we would have to wait, as they were painting the doorway to our room, so we sat in our car and waited for about 20 mins. As we were waiting, one of the owners approached our car and told us that the police would arrive soon to evict a troublesome tenant, and that we shouldn’t be alarmed. We were alarmed. Then we were told to be careful as we entered because the paint was still wet. Overall, it took about 40 mins to finally get settled in our room. We always do a room inspection when we check in, and we found dirt in the bathtub and what appeared to be remnants of someone’s shaving in the sink. Later we tried to use the remote to turn on the TV, and it wouldn’t work(turned out to be batteries). The tank to the toilet ran all night, after they looked at it. I had to shut the valve off so we could sleep.
We got many apologies, and they did attempt to fix all the problems, but that was it. An offer of a small discount for the night would have made this all better.
I would also suggest improving the “grab and go breakfast”. It had Kurig coffee(yuk) and Dunkin muffins(meh). With all the great bakeries and coffee available in the area, why not go local and bring in the good stuff?
We think this place has great potential, the new owners are doing a lot of work to the place, but our first experience could have been better.
Overall the stay was really good. Apparently it was taken over by new owners and in just a few weeks they were already making renovations and updates. Would definitely stay there again.
Great little motel. Updated throughout, very clean and VERY comfortable bed. Breakfast was so-so (packaged muffins), but otherwise a great place to stay.
Very clean and quiet. The AC worked well, the room was chilled when we arrived. Beautiful bed - comfy.

First off, I didn't like the fact that when i arrived at 3:30 pm to check in - Noone was there and our key was in an envelope outside the front door.
There was no greeting, hospitality or friendliness at all. No one to ask a question, just a locked front door in the afternoon.
Our room was clean. The Bed was clean and bathroom was good. My 14 month old sons feet turned dirty after walking around on the floor after awhile -the carpets need to be shampooed. ASAP.
The bed was very squeaky and hard. Any tinest movement made very loud noises. The entire floor squeaked anytime you took a step which constantly woke up my little one. This is room one by the way. Overall it wasn't horrible but I would'nt stay at this Inn again or recommend it.
I know this is a small place but it needs to be updated in certain areas such as beds, carpets, and over all decor. The subfloor needs to be completely replaced. Not a single amenity that i can think of except a 4 cup coffee maker in room with a bunch of sugar, cream and stirers tossed in a basket.
