"I’ve stayed in dozens of vacation rental properties over the years, and this was, by far the best equipped with the greatest number of amenities. There weren’t any Household items not provided in abundance and the hot tub was immensely enjoyed on this snowy ski trip to Holiday Valley in Ellicottville. The hosts were more than available throughout even when we didn’t contact them. The on line Guidebook prior to our visit was very helpful. This was a multigenerational trip with my children and grandchildren and everyone had a great time. Thanks to our hosts!"

"Keith is a wonderful host! Due to a power outage on the day we were supposed to check in, we were not able to stay at the cabin. Keith let me know about the outage and the uncertainty of when the power would be restored. Keith graciously put my family and I up in a hotel for the two nights that we were supposed to stay at the cabin. I wish we could have stayed a the cabin, but Keith helped us to have a great trip even under the circumstance that were out of his control."
