「Lovely & beautiful hotel, in a very quiet area even in high season in August. The highway which was pointed out by other visitors is visible, but not too loud. If they would plant a few more trees, the issue could be solved. Staff is a bit hit and miss, not comparable to other 5 star hotels. Especially the younger staff could benefit from hospitality trainings. The breakfast has such a highlight. Dinner was also great, but not too many options. 「The hotel was not prepared for cold weather, the brakfast area was not heated and you definitly had the feeling that the employees where looking to close the session. Even the hotel was not full they offered no flexibilty for the check out time etc. In general a very nice building but the service and the facilities needs to be adjusted」
