You can reach the town center by less than 10 minutes by walking and also the main beach of Positano.

Close to the villa the bus stop (Sita bus), that connects Positano with the main sites of the Amalfi Coast (Sorrento, Praiano, Conca dei Marini, Amalfi and Ravello).

From the harbour (10 minutes by walking), you can take a ferry for daily cruise to reach The Island of Capri or The Island of Ischia (famous for its baths) or opt for an excursion with private boat.

As soon as you enter the house and on the terrace you will be amazed by the originality and design of the structure, as well as by the spectacular view from the terrace.

The property has an inside surface of about 200 square meters and can hosts maximum 7 guests.

The house has 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom equipped with with sink, toilet, bidet, shower and hairdryer.

The wide dining room with a fully equipped kitchen and a stone fireplace is very organized.

It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, fridge with freezer, microwave and combined oven, traditional oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, Italian espresso coffee maker and American coffee maker.

There is also a laundry room of 12 square meters with washing machine, ironing board, iron and cleaning products are at your disposal.

On the same level there is a private cellar, that boasts more than 500 bottle of international wines. The winery also holds the wines and extra virgin olive oils produced by the owner (wine advisor) on his farm.

The highlights of the house are the Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, 6 seats of the latest generation, which is located inside and by immersing yourself in it you can enjoy the panorama of the splendid sea and the wide terrace.

In addition the panoramic terrace of 70 square meters with umbrella, beds, table and chairs for outdoor dining and the veranda of 20 sqm with chaise longue and armchairs, relax area and lounge, complete this enchanting property.
