The property is beautifully maintained, and the staff are exceptionally attentive to guests’ needs. The included breakfast is a great bonus. First Class Experience!

This is by far one of the most amazing boutique properties I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are spotless, very unique and the staff is first class. The views are breath taking and the breakfast each morning is incredible. I hope to stay there again one day!

The best place you can stay in Positano! Staff is excellent, attention to detail is unmatched, the amenities and views were breathtaking plus our room was full with all the perks you can imagine, everything was PERFECT! The property is brand new with elegant rooms & spectacular views. The staff are exceptional! Hospitable, welcoming & helpful & exceptionally friendly! The buffet breakfast has a great variety of great food & their welcome drink is phenomenal. I would have decently stayed my remaining 2 nights in Positano but they don’t have a pool….yet! There is one going in at the end of the year & that will be the icing on the top for this spectacular stay. 10/10 would recommend!

We stayed at Villa Francesco for 2 nights and I have to say it was my favourite stay throughout our entire 2 week vacation. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They gave us a full walkthrough of our room when we arrived which is nice in case you have any questions about how things work in your room. They offer free baggage service when you arrive and if you need baggage service to another resort in Positano or to the Port, they offer that for $15 per piece of luggage which is very helpful due to all the steps, we were staying in another resort for 1 more night in Positano and our bags arrived within 20 minutes. If you have any questions during your stay, you can easily message them on WhatsApp. The breakfast was included and it was one of the best inclusive breakfasts we've had. We usually opt out of this option because of how mediocre the breakfasts are, but this one definitely surpassed our expectations. The views are incredible and the beach is not too far. This hotel is located on top of the Fornillo Beach which is around 400 steps away from the hotel and Positano Beach is not too far, there is a path to take you to the Positano Beach from the Fornillo Beach. Fornillo beach is nice, quiet and less people so if that's what you're looking for, it's perfect but again, Positano Beach is not too far either. We loved our stay and if we ever come back or need to recommend a place to our friends or family, it will definitely be Villa Francesco!

Amazing property with sea views and access to Beach Club for 25-45 euros a day. Be prepared for lots of walking and 400 stairs to beach club. Use a porter for your luggage. The breakfast is included and delicious. Hotel staff is so helpful and friendly. They also give you a thank you gift when you check out. We stayed two nights and wished we had booked our entire trip at this location. Love the property and location in old historical location. We will be back, thank you for such an amazing stay.

Simply the best

I don’t write many reviews but I’ve spent the past year mostly living out of beachfront Airbnbs and 5 star hotels and Villa Francesco stands out as my favorite of all our stops. The location is great - there's plenty nearby and everything's walkable but you're also slightly removed from peak craziness of summertime Positano. Carmela is one of those rare people who just exemplifies hospitality like few do - her and the team were proactive and took phenomenal care of us, helping paper over my mediocre planning and making sure the trip was exceptional and not just really good :) We stayed in the Punta Reginella suite and can’t wait to return. We visited ~6 weeks ago and while I've stayed at several great properties since, I keep finding myself remembering how every little detail was perfect at Villa Francesco where others miss the mark...small touches like a small view window from the shower that allows you to look out at the sea below make it so you enjoy literally every moment there.
