“This was our first visit to CDA and this property was perfect for my husband and I. The location is perfect we were able to walk to everything around us. Coming from the EST zone we were up very early each day and we enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee before we headed out for the day. I highly recommend this property and we would stay here again!”

“Very nice accommodation in contemporary style throughout. Very clean. Beds comfortable but mattresses need to be rotated. Bin for recycling would be nice in kitchen Living room needs at least one more comfortable chair. Appreciate tvs in each bedroom. We found Michael D’s best place for breakfast. Town of Wallace nearby is fun and had fabulous lunch at Blackboard. Town of Sandpoint has 43 mile long lake and enjoyable boat cruise. Really enjoyed our one week stay in this beautiful area!”

“This was a very family friendly place to stay, it was a last minute booking and the host communicated all the details on check in. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it to cook dinner which was really nice after our long trip was nice to sit down at a table and eat with the family”

“This is a beautiful condo in a great location, but we had some problems from the day we arrived that the host never resolved. The towel rack in the guest bathroom was literally falling off the wall and the guest bedroom door wouldn’t stay closed. I contacted the host multiple times, both texting and calling. The very first reply was that it would be taken care of by the next day. We were there for 2 weeks and the problems were never fixed, even though I called or texted almost daily. Then toward……

“It was cheap and clean, but had issues... The "smart TV" was stupid and didn't work, even after they tried to fix it and then didn't replace it like they said they would. HVAC didn't work. Lucky it was not too cold out. Told owners about the problems, didn't seem to matter. Was not offered any comp to make up for the issues. Would not stay here again.”

“Our stay in CdA for our country's Semiquincentennial birthday was wonderful. There was lots of room for our family of 5 plus our little dog. The location was great as well, just under a mile walk to downtown. We have zero complaints about the property except that a few of the doorknobs are seeing their age. The doorknob to the back patio came apart as we opened the door on our last full day there. I put it back together as best I could without a screwdriver at the time. The bathroom doorknobs……

“This is a ground-level condo/apartment in what's probably an older building but Anna has done an excellent job of renovating and making the place contemporary and pleasant. Its well appointed with everything a traveler needs, has modern appliances and everything works. I was alone and so only slept in the queen bed but found it very comfortable. Its close to the interstate and local businesses, check/in and check/out where very simple and overall the place suited my needs wonderfully.The only……
