"no coffee maker in room. no place to make tea at night. no music, as advertised. needs some "refreshing" no place to walk on river, as said on line. Staff was very nice! pretty view in restaurant."

"The staff here are so friendly and helpful. The facility is conveniently right off the freeway and has been upgraded. Our room was clean and fresh, and the bed was comfortable. We love this hotel and stay here whenever we pass through the area."

"This property is a little “tired” & could use some updates, but our stay was fine. We especially appreciated that the mini-refrigerator in our room was inside a cabinet, which cut down on the noise (in other hotels we’ve had to resort to unplugging the fridge ti be able to sleep). Also that during the complimentary breakfast the tv was set to a nice nature scene with pleasant, low volume music, instead of blaring news. The air conditioning in the room worked well, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also very convenient for us. "

"Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. "

I had some concerns that I shared with the host, but they were not significant nor needed to be addressed during my stay. They were receptive and communicated well. I certainly recommend this property for anyone wanting to visit Post Falls or the surrounding area."

"Staying at Trails End was a dreamy weekend for us! The cabin is immaculate and has everything we could have needed and more so. Susie is a dream host and so very welcoming with her radical hospitality. The property is easy to find and close to great amenities with just a short drive. We would recommend over and over!"
