"Too quiet, access to amenities poor"

"Hotel war für eine Woche gebucht, nach der ersten und schlaflosen Nacht habe ich die Flucht ergriffen. Beim ersten Augenschein viel sofort der Müll der vor-Gäste auf, der nicht aus den Mülleimern und dem Bad entfernt wurde, Staubschicht auf ebenen Flächen, Bad (nicht) richtig gereinigt- hatte den Eindruck, dass außer frischen Bettbezügen nichts an roomkeeping erfolgte. Keinerlei Kleiderbügel oder Haken um Zimmer vorhanden. Schlösser der Balkon- und Eingangstür defekt, Zimmer konnte nicht von...

"The view was seriously amazing but everything else was pretty bad. They really need to update their rooms and clean them. There was a hole in ceiling which caused a 10 in long gecko to come into our room along with many little ones. There was no bedding other than a simple sheet on the bed. I would recommend staying there only if the price is cheap and you are in backpacker mode."

The lady in charge, Nancy at the front desk, is wonderful and she is very helpful and friendly. She wasn't there on the day we arrived, and on check-in we found her offsider rude and sulky, not even a smile.
