"Entire hotel is extremely clean all the way through. All staff super friendly and helpful. The gym is clean and well equipped. We would stay here again! They more than met our expectations, above and beyond. "

"Location worked well since it is only blocks from the metro, restaurants and a Target. Buffett breakfast was excellent. Room was quiet and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "

"Front desk was friendly. The room phone did not connect directly to front desk when I wanted to call. I had to dial 9, then the phone number. Front desk said they would send an engineer to fix the phone. They never did. Got charged 85 cents for a local call too. Room was clean and ok. Standing shower only, no tub. Bed comfortable. HVAC a bit noisy; setting it to automatic helped with that. Fridge was in the TV cabinet, a non obvious location. So non-obvious we only found it because hotel left a slip of paper by the tv to notify the guests, which we noticed on the morning after we checked in. So overall, a decent stay. Good location on top of the Ballston Metro stop, but not amazingly good. "

"The room was clean and spacious, staff was friendly and helpful. Amenities were so-so. Parking was $40 a day per vehicle and there was no breakfast included. Convenient location to access events/conferences in DC. The person in the room next to us was screaming one of the nights we stayed so we phoned staff to voice concerns. Presumably they handled it because the person quieted down soon after. Gets the job done and was a pleasant stay!"

"Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, and room was small but nice. The location is right in the heart of Georgetown with restaurants and shops easily accessible. Other conveniences less accessible however. Although the room was comfortable and clean, decor lacked much appeal and there was no mini-fridge. "
