「We had such a wonderful four days at the cabin. Our neighborhood goes crazy on the Fourth of July. This was a great escape for us - some fireworks nearby but much more manageable for us. It’s off a gravel drive with very friendly neighbors. Our pups all loved to run the land and hang out on the wraparound porch. The property is as described and was perfect for our small group. My husband and I took our dogs on a great hike to Hughes Mountain in nearby Leadville. We would stay here again. 」

「We have stayed tons of places and this was one of the nicest places we have found. The cabin was cute and clean. The access to water was way better than we expected, it’s actually an old boat ramp. We took our chairs down and sat on the ramp, very quite and beautiful!」

「We needed a place to land after a long day of travel. It was just what we needed. Nice big open space for our group to eat and hang out. The pool was refreshing and the owners were a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay there again if we are in the area!」

「Sharon was the perfect hostess in a perfect little cottage. Fully stocked kitchen, homemade muffins and bowls of candy. Very comfortable bed. Everything was spotless. Great fire pit area with wood provided. Would definitely stay here again. 」

「Our group of 4 college buddies needed a place to meet up, relax, visit and catch up. What a wonderful place to do so. The cabin was just what we needed with plenty of space inside and out. Everything was clean and very well stocked. Unfortunately the river was at flood stage and we had to stay out, it did not ruin the view and tranquility. Thank you for offering up your place and we definitely look forward to coming back again. 」

「Great log cabin in a quiet setting close to 3 major state parks and a battlefield. The host has a quick response time and everything was clean and kept up.」

「We used this cabin as a central location for a week of exploring the local state parks. It was a great cabin with all the necessary amenities the beds are incredibly comfortable and we were able to comfortably fit our group of four. Do note that it can feel a bit crowded especially if you have a lot of bags. However we were more than happy staying here!」
