“Our stay was not pleasant. The room had a very strong repulsing gutter odour, originating from the bathroom sink and shower. The water was not drinkable. The ventilation was also problematic. Too much humidity in the room. The AC console was loud and disturbing our sleep. The mattress was uncomfortable. The springs poked in our body. Overall, we are not happy with our experience. The hotel needs a big upgrade and maintenance.”

“It is a lovely property and very well maintained given its scope. Staff were very accommodating but we were there early in the season on Monday night and the restaurant was open only Thursday to Sunday. Breakfast was wonderful so we were sorry to miss dinner. There is takeout from the excellent, deli shop which we discovered too late after we’d driven the 30 minute round trip back into Knowlton.”

“Fantastic hotel, great location to be based at to do your Eastern Township daily excursions. Beautiful view both from the front (lake) and the back (wooded area). Friendly staff behind desk, everything inside is remodelled, rooms are updated, spacious, and clean. Variety of room or suite set ups for your group. Great amenities, spa, sauna, small gym, a private beach across the street, pool, lots of lounge and deck space to sit and chill. And a great continental breakfast in the morning. ……

“Loved my stay! Onlyyyyy thing is that the outside hallway door outside of room 2232 makes a loud noise when shut. With that said the neurospa bed made it extremely easy for me to fall asleep! Would recommend any day!”
