Super cute and cozy little apartment. Calm and quiet mornings right on the water. It is a daylight basement setup, so occasionally you can hear the host move around upstairs where they live. The room was very clean, there was plenty of amenities, fridge, bottled water, coffee, water, Blackstone grill, toaster oven, and a great outdoor cooking/eating area. The property is set far back from the road, so finding it at night can be a little difficult, it has a horseshoe driveway, so can be accessed from two driveway entrances. It appears a little like you are driving through someone else's yard, but don't worry, thats how you get back to the waterfront. There is a nice little parking spot off the drive and a lighted path down to the concrete walkway/stairs that leads you to the patio and room access. We absolutely enjoyed it and will stay again if we are in the area!
