“Cabin was clean and cozy and in a quiet location. Make sure you build the fire as far back in the fireplace as possible or you will be smoked out.The kitchen needs a frying pan or two. Overall we were very comfortable.”

“This is a sweet and comfortable vintage little home. We especially appreciated the well stocked kitchen, and the washer, dryer and iron was a huge plus as well. The location is excellent, and the neighborhood has a few intriguing looking museums. Nate is a kind and understanding host, and was very tolerant of our surprise guests who showed up for the graduation. Thank you Nate!”

“This home was under 20 mins to the wedding venue we attended, very convenient. There was a glitch in my booking and VRBO did not list my booking. Right up to day of check in the house was listed as available on their website. That was a bit unnerving and made it challenging to communicate with the host. Another comfy chair or two would have been nice. All in all we were satisfied”

“Kay and Glenn were super nice. Very accommodating to breakfast needs, and gave good recommendations of places to go. Kay made some amazing Blueberry pancakes in honor of my mom that passed. And now she makes amazing red velvet pancakes with icing. Coffee was different every day, and very knowledgeable of area. Will be coming back again. I am from Maine originally, so this felt like home. Very welcoming.”

“The host put a lot of thought into the space, with a cute gift of local maple syrup, a binder full of nearby things to do and restaurants, and overall the space was clean and well maintained. Nice historic location, we had fun walking around the town. This was a fun stay as we drove up for the solar eclipse and drove to our viewing area the next morning. Minus 1 star, because though the home did appear clean, there did seem to be a kitchen mouse. Made the property owner aware of this issue.”

“Very nice, quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the lake. Parking is a little cramped for 3 cottages but rest of property is very spacious. Cottage was well stocked with kitchen necessities and games and books, etc.”

“Very well appointed, beautifully decorated and in a great location within 15 min of town. Plenty of sleeping room with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 1 in the finished basement. Outdoor space was special. Deck has 5 comfortable Adirondack chairs with tables, picnic table, and quality gas grill. Also additional seating on the lawn overlooking the water with a fire pit. There was road noise from the other side of the pond but not so much that it was a nuisance. We used the 4 kayaks a lot. There……
