“We cannot speak highly enough about this hotel and the wonderful Vicky. From our first arrival she treated us like family and the extra little touches didn’t go missed. Our first room was amazing but we asked if there was one a little closer to the pool as my wife has mobility issues so we asked for one with fewer steps. This was no problem at all.
