This house was absolutely stunning! It was right on the outside edge of the neighborhood, with tons of privacy! Clearly, a new build... Still smells of fresh paint! They were well stocked with detergent, paper towels, etc... It was clean and bright. We took our grown boys for a golf trip, and had an absolute blast! Back yard is perfect for hot tubbing and yard games. Fun upstairs deck to watch the sunset. I could go on and on about how lovely this home was!That being said, being such a new rental, there were just a few things missing that would be helpful, and I am sure they will rectify... There was no wine opener, so bring your own :). Also, a little tricky keeping the beautiful white floors clean. Would have loved to have a swifter or mop of some kind to help keep up on it. But honestly - amazing home and no complaints! Will 100% stay here again!

**Beautiful home with great potential, but not quite guest-ready**

First, the house is beautiful! The views are great, the decor is clean & modern. We enjoyed the well-stocked coffee bar & watching the rabbits each morning—plus a surprise coyote one evening!However, a few things made the stay feel a bit disappointing. The windows were dirty, which distracted from the otherwise beautiful scenery. The decor, while stylish, went a bit too minimal & compromised functionality—for instance, no rugs at some doorways, meant tracking in mud after using the hot tub, even when we tried to dry off. The house lacked soft finishes like throw blankets, pillows, or area rugs in the rooms which made it feel cold & sparse.There was still blue painter’s tape indicating unfinished touch-ups, and construction dust on interior doors became noticeable in the sunlight. The floors weren’t very clean upon arrival. The primary suite's fire detector was hanging from the ceiling, and the square shower head was partially clogged (though my husband managed to clean it & improve the water flow)One very small face cloth was provided per guest for the entire stay—no washcloths—which felt insufficient. When I contacted the host, they were responsive & offered to fix the fire alarm & look at the shower, but, the times didn’t work for our short stay.Overall the property was beautiful but a little disappointing compared to the other homes we've stayed in at this resort. The beautiful home just felt like they weren't quite ready for guests.

Very….pristine and clean. Spacious and open. The beds were very hard ! And for such a huge house it only had three bedrooms -but really two bedrooms because the third room had bunk beds and so hard I wouldn’t call themMattresses. We had fun and enjoyed our time!
