「This hotel was very clean, smelled wonderful, the staff was kind and informative, the beds were comfortable and breakfast was very good with many selections. The only odd was the placement of the frig next to the door. My son came through the door at the same time his dad was getting into frig and well, dad saw some stars for a few minutes. 」

「It should be named NASTY COCKROACH HOTEL!
The place needs a severe update and an exterminator.
I had to go to Tennessee to attend my father's funeral over the weekend.
The room #137 I was in for one night and I killed 5 COCKROACHES!
The bathroom wall had a previous hole and instead of repairing it correctly someone patched it and just painted over it.
I shook out everything that I took in to the room.
I got woke up very early to someone yelling "Hey ,hey,hey I know she has her phone".

「The room was clean and the staff was nice. But the room was old and outdated and had a lot of finishes flaking off offering concerns that it was not clean. The exterior of the hotel area is dirty and there is not any safe places to walk. And the treadmill did not work in the gym. 」

「I had a wonderful stay at the stone cottage in Knoxville!!! It was well stocked, host added a lot of extras, the house was very clean, and host communication was great!! It was a little oasis in the middle of the city and my stay was relaxing. Great fenced yard for the pups too!!! Thank you!!! 」
