「Depending on busyness, parking can be tricky」

「This is a decent option for a short stay in Powell River. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. Easy to locate. Rooms are small but clean. We disliked the bedding as it was a synthetic material and we all found it made for a hot and uncomfortable sleep. We were also disappointed to find that our room had an unpleasant odor. Since we didn't check in until around 11:30 pm we didn't have the energy to ask to be moved. Finally, soundproofing could be improved. If you are unlucky and a baby cries...

「guest room outlook a bit outdated, but generally clean and tidy....nice balcony with seaview, convenient parking... no air conditioner inside the room and a bit hot in summer afternoon... the hotel restaurant was closed for two days and we had no chance to try their food」

「The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. The linens and towels were clean and abundant. It had a new, large tv. However, it was unnecessarily shabby. The banister going up to the room was wobbly to the point of almost falling off. There were patches of linoleum peeling, Same for the sink countertop. There was also an area rug which should have been thrown out years ago. All of these things could have been repaired or replaced easily and inexpensively.」

「A really nice building i stayed for 3 nights didnot get my bed made or garbage emptied asked for clean towels and a package of coffee last night did not get either. At check out no-one at the desk so just left they key on the counter. Loved the building but not feel the staff were very friendly or welcoming i would not go back!」
