“On our way to the hotel, we received a call that our room would not be ready on time. Upon arriving, we had assumed parking would be free as the hotel is over a parking garage, but were told that we would have to use the parking lot across the street (23$/8hr) or the valet service who owned the garage(51$). We ending up using the valet service and the gentleman from PNC were extremely friendly and helpful. The front desk staff were less friendly. Everyone seemed in a rush to get things done.……
