“Enjoyable stay and great host!”

“We stayed at Venetia’s lovely cottage for a week, and that just wasn’t long enough! The cottage was well appointed and oh so cozy! We loved the secluded setting, yet we were close to everything we wanted to do. Going for hikes right out our front door was a bonus! And it was so peaceful to sit outside with my coffee in the morning and listen to all the birds singing! Venetia was so wonderful to work with. She was super responsive and so kind. We will definitely plan to come back sometime……

“This studio apartment was the perfect place for my husband and I to stay for a weekend retreat. We loved the close proximity to the Williams campus and the downtown. Restaurants, cafés, and movie theater all in walking distance. Mount Greylock, where we went hiking was about 25 minutes away. The apartment has everything you could need for a weekend stay. The river is a bonus. Hearing it or sitting by it is soothing and I hioghlu recommed taking a dip in the river! The studio is on the lower level……

“Great location, very clean, included washer dryer, picnic area by river, large parking space.”

“Great place with easy access to town and even better access to a nice spot to hangout by the creek. I will definitely stay here again.”

“Easy breezy, short walk to walk into town/Williams Campus. Down to Earth, yet sophisticated vibe, great art scene. ”

“The house was absolutely beautiful and the host couldn’t be more accommodating. Our French bull dog loved the fenced in area. I definitely recommend this home.”

“We were staying in N. Adams for an event at MassMOCA. This property was in walking distance. The STEEP hill on the way home provided some nice exercise. This property is in a neighborhood that consists almost exclusively of houses that either need a great deal of care or that are currently being renovated. This place is the former. We were lucky enough to be there when the summer weather wasn't hot. As such were happy to not feel the need to run the AC. Unfortunatley our neighbors were loud and we……

“Cute and comfy home. We enjoyed the unique decor and lack of TVs everywhere. It was a great break from all the crazy. Lots of conversation and togetherness.”

“Enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable.”

“This is a beautiful cabin on an amazing property with a great view of Mt Greylock! Clean, comfortable, great location, communication with the owner was outstanding and questions were answered quickly. It all went smoothly and we highly recommend this property!”

“Good location for sightseeing around the north east and New England”

“Loved this spot. Beautiful view of the mountain. Beyond easy checkin and check out process. Everything you need is on the mountain - we didnt have to leave all weekend. Highly recommend! ”

“Samantha was a perfect host. Very responsive and accommodating. We didn’t plan to spend much time at her cute cottage since we had several outdoor events on our list. We arrived on a Friday early evening and checked out Sunday morning. Mother Nature had another plan and rained on us during our only full day there. This allowed us to spend several awake hours in the cottage. It is so peaceful and we enjoyed everything (I even took a nap)! The bed is comfy and even satisfied my bed-snob husband.……

“It's super well located, with a view of the hills from the picture window. Everything is comfortable, everything worked, and host's communication was excellent. Highly recommended.”
