「My daughter has always wanted to hike at Devils Lake State Park. We chose this property because of the proximity to the park and that it’s secluded. It is a beautiful house, very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.」

The comfort of the cottage along with cozy Adirondack chairs and a nice gas fire pit overlooking the lake make it perfect for relaxing evenings. Steven, the host was outstanding in communication, ensuring a smooth and welcoming stay. This place is a hidden gem!」

「Very relaxing. On the way back into the lane that the cottage was on we saw a Momma deer nursing her baby. Just majestic. The dogs loved the ability to run and sniff all the new smells. Very good host.」

「Cabin was on lake which had a beautiful view. It was large enough for the short time we were there. Bathrooms were nicely updated but rest of the cabin needs updates.We could not get any channels on the tv.You definitely pay for location and view.」

「We came for an extended weekend for a Wollersheim winery tour and a visit to Taliesin. We added a trip to J. Henry as well. (We aborted a trip to Circus World due to the weather) There are two restaurants/ bars within a 5 minute walk from the property. We ate at each, both were good. The down side was Saturnday there was a band till 9pm, loud music till 11pm. Not a deal breaker for us as we sat on the deck listening. The property was very clean and spacious. However parking is limited, really...

「What a beautiful, cozy home in an ideal setting. The view is stunning! My family gathered here from various parts of the country to celebrate Christmas. There was even a little Christmas tree for our presents. The hosts are wonderful! Might be making plans to go back in a different season.」

「We loved our stay on the lake! The booklet with recommendations were awesome for us never having been to this area! Fox Lake and Beaver Dam were both cool towns to explore! We loved being right on the water, fishing off the dock and enjoying some time out on the kayaks that were provided in the boathouse. Also in the boathouse were a ton of yard games our family had a lot of fun with. We also loved just hanging out around the fire or watching one of the many movies they had. We hope to be back!」

「The property did not match the images on the VRBO website. It was also quite dirty in the most important rooms, such as the kitchen, dining room, and bathroom. Kitchen - smelled like someone had just finished cooking some kind of meat. The stove was not clean and it was greasy. The wall behind the stove was greasy and had grease stains. We went out and purchased cleaning supplies so that we could clean the kitchen in order for us to use it. Dining Room Table - It had a vinyl tablecloth...

「Every year our family picks a new destination to spend a few days together after Christmas. This year we picked Wisconsin Dells. When I came across this home, I never imagined how absolutely perfect it would be! So roomy and clean, the basket ball and game area was so fun! Great location! Very safe neighborhood. Was welcomed with a care basket of local goodies. Mary is a great communicator. She answered all my questions promptly. Highly recommend this home! You won’t be disappointed!」
