Muy disgustada! Reservé desde 10 días antes (el 9 de septiembre para alojarme el 19, una noche, dos personas) y cuando me presento en recepción para el check in me informan que el hotel está cerrado por no se qué problema interno. Se me comenta que ésta situación la tienen desde el día 15, o sea, hace 4 días y nadie me informó por ningún medio, de tal situación, mi reservación estaba cancelada sin que me haya sido notificado. Tuve que conseguir hospedaje en otro hotel de último momento. Esto es inaceptable. Estamos muy descontentos...

Me hospedé 2 noches con mi familia, y al entrar mi hija de 10 años a bañarse encuentra una lagartija en el área de regadera, ruido de una pareja cuando no digo que no se puede pero si se supone es familiar pues ser más discretos, la segunda noche música de la habitación de al lado con algo volumen a las 11:30pm tuvimos que hablar 2 veces al personal encargado del hotel porque la primera no nos hicieron caso. Luego el último día sin luz por la mañana ni agua, hablamos con el personal y dijo que es algo que no depende de ellos, pero si es un hotel que está en zona de lluvias y desastres naturales, debe mínimo tener su planta de luz. Retrasé mi salida para otros eventos agendados en Guanajuato y cuando mencioné todo esto en recepción me dijeron que no podían ayudarme con un futuro descuento, que como mi reservación la hice por Expedia, pues no, que me ofrecían 2 desayunos a las 10:38 cuando se supone terminan a las 11am, pero sobre todo tomando en cuenta que ya íbamos muy atrasados y que ya no tenía tiempo para desayunar. Otra cosa, dejan charolas casi todo un día de los trastes sucios que dejan los huéspedes que solicitan alimentos en habitaciones. Las habitaciones se escucha mucho ruido. La piscina está bonita es lo único rescatable

Hubo una fiesta en la alberca hasta las 4 de la madrugada, el ruido y la música molestó a las s huéspedes. Al reportarlo nos comentaron "ya les dijimos pero no hacen caso". Es necesario implementar medidas más drásticas, incluso con ayuda externa como la policía para resolver estos casos. No permitan que sea un hotel de pueblo, sino una cadena respetable.

El hotel es muy bueno sin embargo, debido a la inundaciones provocadas por el Río Cazones (culpa del gobierno de Veracruz), apenas reabrieron el hotel pero los servicios en planta baja están muy limitados.
