the host did all rhey could ti make us feel at home. great front view of the sea 800 meters from the ferry to malta $84 a day includes breakfast, clean neat and very cute cozy place

Host arranged arrival transport from the Pozzallo bus stop. Excellent location to Ferry Port , view of the harbour from our room was lovely, secure WiFi really appreciated. Highly recommend this property.

Friendly host, clean room and good terrace, breakfast adequate-good. However, room is terribly cramped, queen bed was only a double and room door wouldn’t fully open due to the bed. No night lamp or night table on one side, sewer smell in toilet, no writing desk. Beach was mucky, yucky and giant ferry terminal is at the end of the beach.. We had booked for 2 nights but left after one and glad we did. Erichat

Friendly staff, great place for short stay
Lovely, small b&b. Staff was very nice and helpful. Comfort room was quite ok and it was recently renovated. As a con there was construction work (1 Aug 2023) just in front of the building that ruined the sea view and caused some noise during day-time.

Beautiful and cosy!
Wonderful little hotel with the best thinkable location! We came with the ferry from Malta, and a stay here was very conviinient. This family driven place is fresh and very comfortable. The service is amazing! We felt so welcome! The breakfast was good in a cosy familiar environment. Just a few steps and you are on a beautiful beach and there are several restaurants close to the hotel

The owners and staff were exceptional. The welcome was warm and that continued throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was substantial with lots of choices. The terrace and view were stunning. The shower was extremely small.

Beachfront B&B
We had an excellent stay, This B&B is beachfront, ocean view, we had a nice patio and the hosts were really friendly, helpful and accommodating. It’s only an 11 minute walk to the ferry to Malta.

70 euro di pura delusione!
La camera che mi è stata assegnata era davvero deludente, bagno con pareti scrostate e muffa, inoltre un frigo privo anche di una semplice bottiglia di acqua (per gli usi notturni), quindi inutile! Per il prezzo pagato (ben 70 euro), puoi assolutamente ambire (nella stessa zona) a strutture migliori ed assolutamente più confortevoli! Colazione insufficiente e dozzinale… insomma esperienza pessima, da non ripetere… SCONSIGLIATO!!!

Buongiorno A me dispiace molto che recensisce in maniera così negativa, ma purtroppo quando è arrivato lei di sera tardi l’unica camera che avevamo per accontentarla per i letti separati era quella a lei assegnata. Purtroppo da quando molti ospiti si prendevano senza dire nulla e non pagando tutto il menu bar che c’era in frigo, ho deciso di non mettere più niente all’interno ma a chi mi chiede acqua o qualsiasi altra cosa da frigo io L’accontento subito senza fare pagare. Per la colazione come dice lei insufficiente e dozzinale a me non sembra proprio affatto così, come ben può vedere in tutte le altre recensioni il punteggio colazione è il massimo. L’unica cosa che le posso dire da Proprietario e da persona onesta prima di giudicare pernotti in qualche altra camera del mio B&B con terrazza vista mare e sono sicuro che vorrà tornare sempre e solo da noi. Un ultima cosa il prezzo che facciamo è molto più che onesto considerando in quei (ben 70 euro) tutte le spese che ci sono dietro. La aspettiamo per il tour del nostro B&B*** Terrazze Sul Mare Cordialissimi saluti Giancarlo 🛎👨‍💼🏨🤗

Nice room with a nice view and great terrasse ! Been here just for one night before taking the ferry for Malta but everything was good. Feels great to get the breakfast in front of the sea and sun :)

B&B per chi ama il mare
Avevo scelto questo B&B per la sua posizione a pochi metri dal mare e questo è il punto di forza della struttura. Buona la camera con terrazza vista mare. Sufficiente la colazione pre-ordinata. Oltre a questo,la struttura non offre gran che. Un bel frigorifero in camera ma nemmeno una semplice bottiglia d'acqua per gli ospiti.Un bagno molto spartano.

Per la bottiglia non riempio più il frigo perché molte persone quando domando se hanno preso qualcosa dal frigo nel check-out mi rispondono di no invece prendono molte bevande e vanno via senza pagarle per evitare questa truffa nei miei confronti l’acqua il caffè il succo di frutta e tutto il resto lo offro direttamente io quando gli ospiti fanno il check-in Cordialissimi saluti Giancarlo

Location, location, location
This property is in an excellent location, whether you want to visit the beach, go on the Malta ferry, or just look at the sea. Our room was bright and airy, with everything we needed. It had a nice big fridge, with icebox, which was very useful. Parking was easy right next to the hotel. Giancarlo was very friendly and helpful.

Fantastic B&B
It was only an overnight stay, the service we had from Giancarlo was fantastic, offered a coffee on arrival,the room was big and clean,the breakfast was plentiful,and the overall service was fantastic he went out off his way to help us. If we ever go again to Pozzallo we will stay here again,if we can get a booking as he should be booked out all the time,

Am Strand, nähe Fährterminal
Je eine Übernachtung gebucht vor und nach der Fährüberfahrt nach und von Malta. Nur durch die Küstenstrasse vom Strand getrennt. Nahe dem Fährterminal von Virtu Ferries. Sehr freundlicher Empfang mit Espresso oder Getränk. Motorrad konnte neben dem Haus geparkt werden. Strandbar gegenüber. Wir würden dieses B&B wieder buchen.

Friendly, helpful, very clean, well located for the beach, parking and a viable Continental Style breakfast. Staff all pull together to make the stay tick along smoothly. The owner/host is available and interested in his guests willing to take a bit of time to provide useful and helpful local knowledge. All round top B and B.
