Super hotel. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The hotel is set in lovely grounds with a pool. The room had a balcony and working air conditioning. There is no EV charging on site but there's a McDonalds a very short distance away with rapid chargers. Really glad we found this hotel, it was an enjoyable stay.

Convenient, amenities, views

Perfect stay - clean, convenient hotel with a STUNNING pool, surrounded by a flower garden and with views of the Pyrenees. I loved the easy parking, the quick walk into Prades for dinners, the ease of getting to Eus and Villefranche in under 10 minutes, the coffee maker and mini fridge in the room, the AC, and the FANTASTIC breakfast spread with eggs, bacon, fruits, cakes, pain au chocolat and everything else. Also the sweet little cat roaming around was adorable!

Property is being remodeled. The new rooms are super nice. The beds are comfortable. Great big shower. Nice balcony. Only problem was water was just warm. Couldn't take a hot shower. There was also some confusion about which room to check us into that was both remodeled and cleaned, so check in took too long. Expedia said breakfast was included, but it was not. That was an extra charge. The hotel is in a convenient location in the largest city in the area, Prades. So plenty of local amenities. McDonald's is directly across the roundabout from hotel for a cheap breakfast. I would stay here again.

Hôtel un peu en dehors de la ville sur un axe routier proche d’une zone commerciale. Tout est propre et le personnel est très bien. Il y a une belle piscine avec des espaces arborés. Les clients sont respectueux (sauf les nôtres !) et ne font pas de bruit.

Muy familiar en el trato. Muy cerca del centro, a pie esta muy cerca. Al estar en un cruce ideal para tomar diferentes recorridos y aparcamiento propio con muchisimo espacio.

El hotel es facil de encontrar porque está a las afueras de la ciudad. Esta muy bien insonorizado y la cama es grande y comoda. El desayuno muy completo y de buena calidad, pero el restaurante estaba cerrado porque cuando no hay muchos clientes no lo abren, obligandote a ir al centro de la población para poder cenar. Tiene un excelente parking exterior dentro del recinto del hotel.

Si pour le confort de la chambre c’était bien pour la salle d’eau c’était nettement moins bien. Lavabo bouché, bonde du lavabo qui ne se ferme pas. Les petits déjeuners étaient corrects excepté manque de couverts, tables les unes contre les autres. Pas terrible pour prendre un petit déjeuner tranquille. L’emplacement de l’hôtel pas terrible. Au bord d’un rond point très passager. Je pense que les 4 étoiles sont surfaites. 3 étoiles oui mais pas 4. Les photos de l’hôtel ne montre pas l’autre côté de l’hôtel et les bruits. Dommage.

Le jardinier sur la terrasse de la chambre réservée à 8h du matin : il pose son râteau sur la table de la terrasse, allume son taille haie et commence à tailler les haies. C’était notre 1er jour de vacances. Un réveil un brin stressant ! Lorsque, réveillés, nous le signalons au Monsieur de l’accueil qui nous demande si. Pis avons bien dormi, il répond : il y a 14000 m2, fait bien qu’ca’s’fasse » Pas d’excuses rien… après 2 mauvaises expériences chez best western, c’est terminé pour nous J’oubliais, la moitié de la chambre sans électricité et un débit Internet qui empêchait tout téléchargement
