For shared use: garden (fenced) with lawn 100 m2. Patio (20 m2), garden furniture. Motor access to the house. Parking on the premises. Perfectly equipped and quiet, privat apartment with balcony.

Perfect for my long stay in Prague, as my office was close. Busses run outside the door and a shopping mall is close. Apartment is next to a park and the surroundings are nice and quiet. Owner and landlady are very helpful and friendly. A great choice.

Ruhige Lage mit guter Verkehrsanbindung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles notwendige vorhanden und wir waren mit Bus und Metro in 30 Minuten mitten in der Innenstadt. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und hat uns alles gut erklärt.

Super Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet mit Kochutensilien, hat eine schöne Einrichtung mit einem großen Bett sowie einem großen und einem kleinen Schlafsofa und liegt in einem ruhigen Vorort von Prag. Mit den Öffis kommt man in ca. 30 Minuten in die Altstadt. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Wifi ist etwas wackelig und muss manchmal resettet werden.

Wir haben Freunde, die dort in der Nähe wohnen, weswegen es für uns von der Lage super war. Mit dem Auto sind wir in 20 Minuten am Zoo gewesen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

All comfort provided

Checkin and -out was super smooth. I felt incredibly comfortable in this wonderfully equipped apartment. a washing machine is provided, washing liquids too, same with dishwasher tabs. Cooking is a passion of mine, and i was positively surprised about the variety of kitchen utensils present. Decoration is cozy, lots of attention to detail, the bed/matress was just perfect. And the contact on spot (speaks en, too) is happy to help and give interesting tips. 100% recommend

Prag ohne Auto

Auto parkt auf dem Grundstück, Bushaltestelle keine 100 m entfernt, Prag ist einfach wundervoll. Ruhige Wohnung mit schönem Balkon, da kann man im Sommer schön Frühstück machen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem, wir haben gut geschlafen, was nicht immer in Ferienwohnungen so ist. Der Fernseher ist schon was älter, lange keinen Röhren Fernseher mehr gesehen. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in Prag sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel erreichbar. Die Schlüsselübergabe war vollkommen unkompliziert. Die Küche hatte alles was gebraucht wird, sogar ein grosses Tiefkühlfach.

Ruhige Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt keine 100 m von der Bushaltestelle entfernt, in Prag haben wir kein Auto benötigt, das haben wir unterm Carport geparkt auf dem Grundstück. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Die Fenster waren nicht gerade sauber, ein mal im Jahr sollten man diese reinigen. Der Staub im Bücherregal ist mindestens 1 Jahr alt. Es hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört. Das Waschbecken im Bad ist ein wenig lose, das sollte mal festgemacht werden. Ansonsten wären wir zufrieden.
