I loved the unique apartment. It was so nice to have a comfortable place to rest after a hard day of touristing. We walked from the hotel to the castle. Breakfast was amazing.

Very filling breakfast with something for everyone and open until 1030 each day. Room was clean and spacious. A/C worked fine and bed was comfy. The only drawback was the tv had very few channels and was not a Smart tv so no way around it.

Very great location but unfortunately there were a number of things that was not right, first of all we asked for 3 single beds and got one double bed and one single and would not help us with it, some of the staff are not very pleasant and the breakfast is very average, when they went to clean the bed sheets none where changed as they had Staines and hair fibres left in there which was used by us so we knew they where not changed, not the cleanest place at all, very surprising for the location they have. Overall dissapointed

Clean room, minibar in fridge and kettle in room. Chinese restaurant being renovated on the ground floor so drilling starts at 9am every day, we were there Good Friday, Saturday and Easter Sunday and they were there every day. We were on the 1st floor and could hear the breakfast carts from 6.30am as there is no door to separate the bedrooms from the kitchen noise. There are bars on the window on our floor and not a great view

First off staff was outstanding. They were always smiling and willing to help. Early this morning, my wife got very sick and we were flying back to the US in hours. The lady at the counter contacted a pharmacy and arranged a ride for me to pick up medication. I made it back in time and while the trip to the airport and in the airport was very tough for her. The ride on the plane, she was already feeling better. This lady at the counter was so very kind and help. We traveled 3 weeks through Europe. Her and other staff were THE BEST we encountered. We loved Prague and will return, and will stay at this hotel for sure. We also got scammed into paying $200 in Vienna for laubdry. Your price, same clothes, $37.00 US dollars ~ Thank you. Only small suggestion. Create an extra outlet to plug in cellphones and other devices, without unplugging the lamps. 😁 Cheers, Thank you so much. Roger
