位置非常好，空调需要检修

房间很大，而且有三角浴缸。房间里空调制冷能力太差，而且经常跳闸，晚上完全不能用。但是地段非常好，出门就是地铁站。走到城堡上面，查理大桥或者老城广场都在20分钟以内。所有景点基本用走的就都到了。

Geen warm water voldoende om het bad te vullen. Je haar uitspoelen nadien moet met erg koud water. Matrassen erg ingezakt en versleten . We lagen in een kuil van ruim 5 cm. Een nieuw matras was geen overbodige luxe. Ontbijt was netjes, voldoende , in de kelder. Kamer gaf een schone indruk. Metro aan de overzijde was een uitkomst . Voor een paar kronen reis je de hele stad door . Lokatie is prima !

The room was very big, spotless and the x-large tub was a treat after lots of walking! The reception folks were very kind and personable. We had a great view of the castle from our room, and the location is great- right on the border of Old Town and Lesser Town. The hotel claims 4 stars but the service and cleanliness do not match. Reception is only open between 11am and 10pm. At checkout, you leave the keys in the room, since there is no one around, and no one in case you need help. Room is dirty, dusty, has not been vacuumed. Bathroom is moldy, black mold growing on the tiles everywhere. Drain clogged causes water to accumulate in the shower pan. The "tools" are there (heating, cooling, fridge, phone, etc) to earn the 4 stars, but the quality of the service and the cleanliness is lacking, leaving a sour taste in the experience.

I have stayed here 3 times total since 2021. I made a reservation for the Royal Suite that includes not only a large bath with sprayer but also a separate free-standing shower. It's listed on the Expedia description this way that the room has also a separate shower and I stayed in that particular Suite in 2021. I was given a Suite of equal square footage and rooms but no separate shower This was annoying. I am 60 years old; we were there for a week in this room and climbing in and out of the bath that is up two tiled steps is dangerous and there is no handle for support. If it was just for 2 nights it wouldn't matter, but it was for 7 nights. If I booked that type of room, it should have been reserved for me as it is listed on Expedia.

The room was gorgeous but not well maintained. For example, no shampoo and conditioner, no cattle, no tea cups. The bathroom had bidet and deep, very nice bathtub; however the toilet was dirty and no ability to take a shower, no shower curtain as well. We were not able to indicate if we are slip and don’t want to be disturbed as well as to let cleaning ladies know that we left the room. The location is absolutely primary, reception services are great.

No responses to 5 emails sent. no one at the front desk until 10 am and no one after 10 pm. No electricity on two occasions. Sat n the dark for two hours until fixed.
