Het is een mooie locatie dichtbij de tram naar het centrum wat ook goed te lopen is. Alleen het zelf inchecken werkte voor ons niet, maar het hoofdhotel en receptie zitten aan de overzijde. We hebben een hele mooie tijd gehad met zowel sneeuw als zon. Echt een aanrader

La stanza tutto sommato era ottima per il prezzo pagato , l unica cosa é che affacciava nel cortile e stava al piano terra quindi si sentiva ogni cosa e il sistema di riscLdMdnto non funzionava tantissimo .
Quindi consiglio un soggiotno breve e non in pieno dicembre

I wish I could give 5 stars! The stay was comfortable and the price was reasonable.
However, the check-in process needs revision. We waited two hours after check-in time for our room to be ready—unacceptable in itself—but made worse by the fact that it was merely an error in their electronic system that prints your cards. Check-in should be optionally through the electric kiosk OR at the front desk across the street. Really doesn’t make sense to not have an in person back-up option for checking in.

Pro: 1. nahe am Bahnhof. 2. relativ günstig

Well located, very clean, but a few glitches
Very clean and well located. Important to note that it is next to tram line so if you are a light sleeper--not so great. Hotel cannot do anything about that obviously. Booked through Hotels.com so did not get some of the information needed to get into hotel (the code required for instance) and called several times before I was able to get assistance. If I had been in a hurry, or it was raining and I had a lot of luggage, I would have been very upset. It is an easy fix to ensure that the person arriving has the code to get in. Also the kiosk when you enter the lobby requires a reservation code that is not known (and different) to someone who books via hotels.com booking code. So, could not check in without contacting someone.
