I live in this hotel for the wedding trip with friends. Staffs are very helpful and nice for everything. If you have any needs, just try to discuss with them. They have done something very sweet for me but I am not going to disclose here, prevent some people take it for granted. There is elevator, no worry for even you live at the top floor. Walking distance to the famous sightseeing place, even you go to Prage Castle just around 20 mins walk and you can pass through the Charles Bridge. There are at least 2 MICHELIN restaurant in the walking distance, no worry for hungry. There is tChinese mini supermarket for you to buy water. No the most cheapest in the town but reasonable price, just may be CZ10 more expensiver than supermarket Billa They are just small hotel, dun use the international 5 star to compare like Four Season etc, that is not fair.

床不舒服，早餐非常不好，真的非常不她，太小種類，不佩四星級，服務人員很小，一定不會再入住，網上訂的是兩間臥室，到達後才知道原來他們沒有這類房間， Expedia 也有錯，我還要補200歐羅才能入住

It is spacious and cozy even on the first floor. The staffs were extremely nice and the stay was very pleasant during the stay in Prague.

Super freezing shower experience
The temperature turns extremely cold (like ice water) few minutes later during the shower, which makes me freezing. Suffer from cold bath for few days and get fever afterwards... and you can see the room still under maintenance... but it is actually well decorated and cleaned. Air-con is well functioned.

The hotel was in a good and quiet location but with plenty of eateries in the area. 10 minute walk to Charles Bridge. Room was large, walk in shower but water flow was not great. Bed was very comfortable. Air con wasn’t working so room was quite hot but we could open a window if needed. The lamps, Lights and wardrobe very very very dusty. Underneath the bed wasn’t swept. Breakfast was adequate.

It was a great experience, the hotel is in the center of everything, around a 5-minute walk to Charles Bridge and from there just minutes away from all the landmarks. Restaurants are also minutes away. The staff was very helpful and arranged my transportation from and to the airport., the driver was very nice. I would love to go back to Prague and for sure I will stay again in this hotel.

We travelled in December. I left my bag in the taxi and they kindly called Uber and found it for me. I appreciate the staff who are so kind. It is a clean and quiet accommodation.

Overall the hotel was excellent, clean and very convenient. One exception was one evening we wanted to drink a beer and the receptionist said we had to go to our room instead of the bar area due to the rooms downstairs being occupied. A bit inconvenient to not be able to enjoy a beverage with friends & family.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 days 2 nights. I am very pleased with the hotel for the staff friendliness, the location of the hotel (very convenient, 5min walk to the Charles Bridge and old town) and cleanliness/condition of the room. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting to visit this lovely city.

Excelente por donde se le busque, desde que llegas al hotel te reciben con mucha cordialidad y siempre al pendiente de lo que necesites. Las habitaciones con muy cómodas, amplias y muy reconfortantes. El desayuno muy completo y con muy buen sabor. La ubicación también es un gran punto a favor, cerca de puntos importantes y quiero recalcar que la señorita que se encuentra en recepción, mantiene un trato muy atento con el huésped, Sin lugar a dudas este será mi hotel cuando regrese a la ciudad. Nice hotel but unfortunately……
Checked in for four nights in Dec 23. The positives - nice hotel, rooms clean, comfortable and plenty of amenities. Breakfast was good, good selection and quality and staff were very friendly. Hotel well situated by Charles Bridge The negative - like other reviewers have mentioned this hotel has two rooms situated in the foyer! 106 and 107. If you book in here you need to clearly state you don’t want either of these rooms, as they are very noisy - from guests coming back late, or checking in late, to early morning staff calling out to each other. Avoid these rooms. We were put in 106, and the first night had very little sleep. These rooms should not be allocated to guests but should be courtesy rooms or sold cheap to youngsters. The next morning I asked to change rooms, I was told there was only more superior rooms available so I would have to pay, I explained the room allocated was not fit for purpose, I shouldn’t have to pay to be moved to a quieter room, but the manager was adamant. “When the hotel is sold out on 200 days of the year we use those rooms.” I said you must get 400 complaints a year alone just on those rooms. We had no choice, they made me pay extra to move to the fourth floor where we then had a nice stay. So overall a nice stay, but tarnished by the hotel squeezing extra money out of foyer rooms that should not be used and then charging extra to rectify the situation they created.

Great location, close to Charles Bridge, all attractions. The room was locely exactly like the photos and the staff were very friendly and helpful, edoevially when our taxi failed to arrive to take us to the airport.

Fräscht hotell med trevlig och serviceminded personal. Perfekt läge, väldigt centralt men ligger ändå fridfullt på en bakgata. Tar bara någon minut att ta sig till gamla stan och Karlsbron. Kan varmt rekommenderas.

The staff were brilliant from the moment that we arrived until the moment that we were dropped off at the train station. Breakfast was a great selection and different each day. The hotel is located a 3 minute walk from the Charles Bridge and right near a tram stop. Prague is such a walkable city and the area was very safe. Definitely be returning to the Moods Charles Bridge!!

Great hotel in a great location! Only complaint was that we did not have AC since we were traveling in November. Which normally wouldn’t be an issue, but we were on the top floor and only had skylight windows that automatically closed when raining, which happened frequently.

Loved the location of the property and the staff were friendly BUT staff could be slightly annoyed when they found out we didn’t book a tour through them. We arranged with the staff for a taxi to the airport. I specifically asked if the taxi accepted credit cards and he said they did. Same staff was working when taxi arrived. My husband noticed the driver gave the staff member a kick back. Once we got to “taxi” noticed it was just a regular car. When we arrived at airport the driver said he did not take credit. My husband had to find a bank machine in the airport to pay him. Driver and staff member DEFINITELY had an agreement. Not impressed.

Hôtel tres agréable
Hôtel idéalement placé à quelques minutes du pont Charles et des transports Accueil et personnel agreable Arrivés avant 15h nous avons pu laisser nos valises avant de pouvoir récupérer la chambre. Nous avons suivis leurs conseils pour des visites et des restaurants et ils étaient très judicieux chambre spacieuse pour une famille. Mega godt! - men små bemærkninger
Super godt ophold og rigtig god service. Morgenmadsbuffen var rigtig fin og der var rigtig mange ting at vælge mellem trods størrelsen. Værelserne var super fine. Dog var vi en smule genert af at toilletter lugtede af kloak når brættet ikke var slået ned. Beliggenheden er GENIAL - og personalet er meget behjælpelige ift. hvilke aktiviteter man kan lave i Prag. På værelset var der en aircondition, men vores gik desværre ud. Den skrev en fejlkode og hotellet kunne ikke rigtig fikse den trods flere forsøg. Vi fik istedet en varmer, men den har ikke gjort den store forskel. Vi synes det var træls, at vi ikke fik et nyt værelse eller kompensation :( Men det var tåleligt og generede os ikke voldsomt meget. Sidst, vil jeg gøre opmærksom på at der i stueeetagen, hvor indgangen samt receptionen er (som egentlig er 1. sal), også er værelser lige ud til morgenmaden. Vi fik sådan et værelse, og vi var først ret negative over beliggenheden/placeringen, men det viste sig ikke at være et yderligere problem for os. Man kunne godt høre gæsterne i morgenmadstimerne, men igen, var det ikke noget, som vi ikke kunne leve med :)
