We checked in late at night on March 20 due to a flight delay. The gentleman at the front desk that night was very kind and gave us Room 232. However, the room was extremely hot—32°C—and our child cried all night because of the heat.
The next morning, March 21, I adjusted the temperature to 24°C. But when we returned in the evening, the room was still 32°C and very uncomfortable. I called the front desk to ask if someone could check whether there was an issue with the air conditioning. The gentleman working that night was quite rude and said no one could help, and that the entire hotel was at the same temperature. We found this very hard to understand, so we requested a room change. Eventually, we were given Room 513, where the temperature was normal and we were finally able to sleep properly.
We hope the hotel can fix the air conditioning in Room 232.
