「Difficult to grade as we arrived quite late and left early. The issue we had was that messages were not being delivered regarding check-in from the hotel. There is a note on the Expedia system that says "staff may not be available and check-in codes will be provided". We never received such codes and as such panicked calls were needed by us to Expedia on the day of arrival. They couldn't get in touch with anyone here and we were left wondering what might happen. Finally we spoke to someone...

「El hotel estaba totalmente reformado y con una limpieza impecable lo que nos sorprendió gratamente al acceder a la habitación, además es de reseñar la predisposición y amabilidad de todos los trabajadores del mismo ante cualquier necesidad que tuvimos. Por otra parte cuenta con un aparcamiento justo enfrente por el que se puede acceder directamente a la playa sin necesidad de desplazamientos en coche o largos trayectos andando. Muy contentos con la estancia.」

「Everything about this hotel was great, the ambiance, the room and staff were great. The restaurant is a must, the food was beyond great. Also this hotel has a GREAT location, definitely coming back.」

「Nicely maintained grounds. Gardens make it a nice surrounding. Available pool needs algae control. Water was clear, but algae spots could bee seen across both adults and kids pools. Rooms are a little tired, but clean and nice. It is a good rural hotel for the price. Location is away from downtown pontevedra, but right on el Camino, so it is a good space to stop. It is on top of a hill, so you will need extra legs for the final stretch.」

「El hotel aún utiliza llaves tradicionales para las habitaciones, con una plaquita que tiene el número y el nombre del hotel, lo cual no es muy seguro ni práctico comparado con las tarjetas modernas. Además, las paredes parecen bastante delgadas: se escuchaba todo lo que pasaba en la habitación de al lado. En general, el lugar necesita una renovación para estar a la altura de lo que se espera hoy en día.」

「Habitación limpia, mantas sin polvo (se agradece cuamdo tienes alergia al polvo), camas cómodas, ducha grande, precios del desayuno y copas asequibles y además con tapita!! Recalcar que los trabajadores super sumpaticos, en especial mi paisano de Barcelona!」
