The staff was efficient at checking us in. The breakfast was you regular hotel breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, assortment of bread/bagels, etc. Not better, not worse than the next hotel. They are installing new carpet so there were rolls of carpet in the lobby and halls but it wasn't a bother to just walk around them. We would stay here again if in the area.

The manager and front desk staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and accommodating. I was impressed because the property remained clean and quiet despite ongoing remodeling. As a travel nurse working third shift during my stay, I was not disturbed or awakened by any construction work.

Hotel reservation requests were not met. I made my reservation two weeks before my stay with a notation that the two rooms be adjoining. I even called the hotel directly to check that they could accommodate my request and I was assured that they would. Upon checking in I was told that two double queen adjoining rooms were no longer available. I was offered no compensation for the inconvenience and settled for rooms across the hall from one another. To make matters even worse the heat in one of the rooms didn’t work. The breakfast was lackluster at best. Find another hotel!
