This was our second stay with a Cozy in KC property and again had a lovely time! The property was clean, cozy and in a great spot. Our communication from Kristen was timely and very responsive. We highly recommend Cozy in Kansas City!

Nice stay in the suburbs

The house is in a quiet neighborhood just a short drive from the city. Everything was clean and the check in process was easy. We stayed here as a family with a one year old and while it wasn't the most baby-proof option, it worked well for what we needed.

My husband and I stayed here for a business trip for him and pleasure for me! We brought our two shepherds and cat. The backyard was spacious and quiet. Perfect amenities! Would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nicely furnished. Comfortable beds. Affordable. Location is also in a great neighborhood and conveniently located. We requested an early check in so we had place to change clothes for a 4pm graduation event, but they would not agree to that.

Trip back home!

This place was just as advertised! We stayed here while back in town for our wedding reception. It was cute and easily fit our needs with our 3 dogs as well! The fence in the back yard could use some work but held in all 3 of our big dogs just fine with supervision! The cleaning crew does an amazing job getting things ready for each guest and the house looked immaculate! The area is nice, the neighborhood is quiet and close to a lot of different things including parks, groceries and activities!

Wonderful Experience

This beautiful home is in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood and very near shopping/restaurants. It was nice having the bedrooms separated from the living area to accommodate different sleeping schedules. The kids enjoyed watching bunnies play and seeing fireflies for the first time. The home was very clean, host was very responsive with communication, check-in was very clear, check-out responsibilities were very minimal. We would definately stay again when in the area. Thank you!

House was very nice but when we arrived the thermostat was set to 75 degrees. It took all night to get it down to 71 degrees. Also, check out instructions we’re not clear at all. I was sent the instructions after we left the house

Disappointing

Looks cute in listing photos, but needs maintenance & repairs, good cleaning and more attentive management. Arrived to unlocked front door - traveling alone, this was very unnerving. This rental NOT as advertised, “Pet friendly, fully fenced yard” which was my search filter for rentals. Paid extra pet fee via their website. Yard was NOT fully fenced and knee-deep in leaves from last fall. Broken down fire pit. Also advertised, “Garage Parking available (compact car)” - NOT available, but full of trash. Contacted manager on both issues. Said someone would be out next day to repair. Did not expect a backhoe and crew of sewer workers in the backyard all day, but apparently the fence wasn’t the only maintenance problem. Was asked not to run water in the house for several hours. Fence not repaired. Out of luck on the garage. Poorly managed situation. The backyard was unusable for my entire stay. “Surface clean” rental. Ceiling fans, HVAC vents caked with dust and cobwebs. Pool of old grease on the oven floor. Dirty coffee maker and trash can. Dishwasher needs replaced. Do not recommend.
