"hallways were hot as a furnace, no windows, no ventilation due to poor design. my room being on top floor, was a real sauna. Also description was far from accurate: mini bar was described as a full size fridge, Tiny studio was described as spacious studio! customer service was,excellent: tete a tete, ..."

No notification after the access code is changed
"The access code of the padlock to take/return room card is changed during our stay, but there is no notification. We spent more than 30 minutes at the door and can't get the message from the What's App account until we call the phone number directly. Bad experience."
