“Amazing Property! The house was impeccably clean, with spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds. Our gracious host Nicola spoiled us with his generosity. He went beyond our expectations to ensure that our stay was perfect. He and his wife welcomed us with a delicious homemade apple cake. He drove us to the nearby town of Montespertoli to pick-up groceries and provisions. He recommended a local chef to cook for us at the villa. The meal was amazing and memorable. We will be back!”

“Our family of 17 stayed at a villa near Montespertoli. In fact the villa also was a winery and olive oil producer. Nicola was the host as well as the owner. He was available for everyone of our guest. Requests from laundry to suggestions for restaurants, to taxi services to Florence...Nicola was always available to take care of us. I couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue and host.”

“Very nice hotel with big rooms. Every room has its own design. Big enough garage on the back of the hotel and easy to go out of the city. Near store street, some noise at the weekend on the road side.”

“My husband and I recently had the privilege of staying at this beautiful quiet villa. Caterina, her mother and their housekeeper Fahiem were all so welcoming and we felt right at home. We made great use of the outdoor kitchen every morning before heading out daytripping each day. We had rented a car for our week in Tuscany and this villa was in the perfect location to visit many towns and cities. A bonus too is that this Villa is very close to the road that has many wine touring spots. A……
