「A lovely clean room, with a very comfortable bed. We ate in the restaurant for two nights, attentive staff, helped translate menu from German into English. Lovely restaurant with a good menu, and an excellent and varied breakfast. Reception staff spoke English which was a great help. Recommended, many thanks.」

「You cannot stay at a better property than this one. I cannot say enough good things about everything. The staff is amazing, the location is perfect for hiking, walking to the Castle and just relaxing and the food is the best. We will stay here every time we come back.」

「The hotel is located is very convenient region. The room is spacious with great view. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They guided us patiently how to take the public transport to the Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwan Castle. 」

「The room was too small for even 2 people. There were no room amenities at all and the staff upon check in was not helpful and looked like she was incapable of a smile. She failed to provide any information unless asked. Would not recommend this hotel」

「A wonderful and happy experience to enjoy the resort's everything is excellent holiday.」

「Hotel curato, buona colazione.

「There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude...

「Off the beaten path but charming. Staff were helpful and kind. No frills but clean and comfortable rooms」

「The price was good. Nothing was said about it being a hotel for the blind. The bed in the room was very soft room」
