It also provides a convenient base for day trips to Sedona, Flagstaff, the Verde Valley, and the Grand Canyon.



For the safety and security of our guests and property owners, additional ID verification may be required when booking or prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure and may be requested in addition to any verification completed through Airbnb, Vrbo, or another booking platform. Verification must be completed before check-in when requested.



The Space:

Welcome to Luella House, a spacious four-bedroom retreat set at the top of a hillside in North Prescott. Designed with families and groups in mind, the home offers plenty of room to gather, relax, and enjoy the surrounding views.



Living area: The comfortable main living space provides an inviting place to reconnect after a day of sightseeing, hiking, or exploring downtown Prescott.



Kitchen and dining: The kitchen includes the appliances and everyday essentials needed to prepare meals during your stay. Shared dining and gathering spaces make it easy to enjoy breakfast, dinner, or game night together.



Bedrooms: Four separate bedrooms provide flexible accommodations for families, friends, and multi-generational groups. Bed linens are included.



Outdoor space: Enjoy Prescott’s fresh air and hillside views from the property’s outdoor areas. Prepare a casual meal on the grill or challenge friends and family to a game on the basketball court.



Location: Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University is just minutes away, while the Courthouse Square, Whiskey Row, restaurants, shops, and downtown events are approximately 15 minutes from the home. Luella House is also conveniently positioned for day trips throughout Northern Arizona.



Please note that a long-term resident occupies a completely separate apartment on the property. The resident keeps to himself and uses the far east-side garage bay.



Guest Access:

Guests will have private access to the main four-bedroom home and its designated indoor and outdoor amenities, including the basketball court and grill area. The separate apartment and far east-side garage bay are not included and must remain accessible to the long-term resident. Detailed access and parking instructions will be provided before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

Luella House sits at the top of a hillside in North Prescott, offering elevated views and convenient access to the surrounding area. Embry-Riddle is nearby, and historic downtown Prescott is approximately 15 minutes away. The location also makes a practical base for exploring Sedona, Flagstaff, the Verde Valley, and the Grand Canyon.



Getting Around:

A vehicle is necessary for reaching the home and exploring Prescott and Northern Arizona. Downtown restaurants, shops, lakes, hiking trails, and Embry-Riddle are accessible by car. Guests should check the forecast and use additional care on hillside roads during snow, ice, heavy rain, or other seasonal weather.



Other Things to Note:

A long-term resident occupies a separate apartment at the property and uses the far east-side garage bay. The apartment does not share interior living space with the vacation rental, but guests may occasionally see the resident outside or entering and leaving the property. Please do not block the resident’s garage access.



Because this is a hillside property, guests should expect sloped exterior areas and changing elevations. Children must be supervised while using the basketball court and other outdoor spaces.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests can enjoy privacy throughout their stay. The Host Co. team is available to answer questions, provide local recommendations, or assist if anything is needed. The long-term resident in the separate apartment does not manage the vacation rental.
