Beautifully renovated historic home close to downtown Prescott. Enjoy the quiet, park like setting only minutes from town. Located just 1 mile from Whiskey Row and Courthouse Square and yet you feel like you are at a secluded mountain getaway. Plenty of room in our outdoor living space to gather with friends & enjoy your evenings gazing at the stars. Our hideaway is just minutes from Watson Lake, Goldwater Lake, Lynx Lake, Bucky’s Casino & Rodeo Fairgrounds, hiking and biking trails.

Clean home. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. A little trouble using the number pad by the front door to get in. The pad kept falling off the wall. Neighbor had to let us in through garage. We were able to get a hold of the owners and reset door code and internet. Ran out of paper towels and no laundry soap was available to wash linens when we were there. Otherwise all went well. Nice neighborhood and close to downtown Prescott.

Location * Location * Location! We enjoyed our stay, it was a nice cozy home. We had a slight issue at check-in as we were unable to unlock the door but the host responded immediately and solve the issue. Very comfortable beds! There are stairs for the main entrance and the back door so not adequate for elderly dogs with hip problems (we sent ours back home after the first night). Other than that it was a very pleasant stay and deers did came by to visit every morning we were there.

The host was very helpful, when I had a question they answered immediately. The house was the perfect place to stay. We were a group of 3 couples. It was a beautiful, cozy and extremely accommodating.! The stove and cookware were top shelf! They house was very clean and well prepared! Will definitely book again next tine I'm in the area!

Our stay was wonderful! All the amenities were as good as represented. The beds and beddings were extremely comfortable. We were there for the Christmas holidays and the host decorated the house for Christmas including a lighted Christmas tree! The house was located on a large nicely landscaped lot and we saw several deer.

The house was perfect for our group. We all loved our stay there. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood where during our morning walks we saw deer. It’s also a nice short drive to town. It’s clean, super comfortable, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, and just overall lovely. Great host with good communication and check-in. This was our second time staying here and it is now the one we’ll plan to return to every time we come to Prescott.

We had a great 3 nights here. The home was very comfortable and welcoming. (They even had it decorated for the holidays!) The kitchen was very well supplied. We had a 19-month-old with us. They supplied not only a crib but also a booster seat, books, kid dishes. The hosts were incredibly responsive. It was perfectly located. Easy to walk downtown. And more importantly for us, within 2 blocks of both my sister's and my niece's homes! We all felt it was the perfect place to be.

This was our 2nd stay and again we appreciated the close-in location and the beautiful, large backyard with plenty of outdoor table seating and hang-out space. This time the weather was perfect and the trees had fall color. The neighborhood is great for walks and the local deer are always fun to see! The home is comfortable, clean and has space between neighboring homes for privacy. If you’re with a group, it’s easy to find separate spaces in the home to relax and watch TV or movies and there are plenty of games to play! Kitchen is well-stocked and the size is great with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths!

Great location, well stocked kitchen and a bathroom for each bedroom! We really enjoyed the back seating area, watching the dear graze as we drank morning coffee was a treat. One small glitch at check in, but a quick call to the owner, who answered on the second ring, and the issue was resolved. Highly recommend the home and the hosts!

Disappointing

Disappointed from entry. All furniture worn out including bed. So worn it felt unclean to me. Not a place I choose to stay. Pictures online must have been taken years ago. Having said this i do with them well but would not recommend.

A great place in “Prescott”, AZ (as pronounced by the locals!

We frequently travel as a group of family members (my wife and I, her sister and her husband, and my wife’s cousin and his wife)… with my wife and me from central Texas and the rest from both coasts of Florida. We’ve traveled together from Washington DC to Maggie Valley (NC) to Nashville, to Branson, to Big Bend, to Mesa Verde, to Rocky Mountain National Park, to Glacier National Park, to Alaska, to the islands of the Caribbean, Victoria (BC), and the provinces of BC, AB, and NWT.We loved having a bathroom for each bedroom, the home’s location and layout and the 6-8 “mulies” (mule deer) who wandered through the wonderfully-landscaped rear yard area.We also enjoyed the numerous Prescott historical museums and the Whiskey Row attractions.We loved the truly spectacular scenic drive along Hwy 89A to Sedona, including the remarkable “cliff-dwelling” town of Jerome.We were also within driving distance to fully enjoy the magnificence of the Grand Canyon and the one-of-a-kind singularity of Meteor Crater.The perfect location of the home less than two hours north of our airport of choice in Phoenix allowed us to enjoy the above sights while enjoying most of our meals home-prepared, using the well-appointed kitchen and breakfast-area table for six that overlooked the “mulie-approved” rear area.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home… clean and well-appointed, with great communications and support from the hostess. We highly recommend this VRBO to all.

We love that the house had separate en suite bathrooms for all of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped. Location is close to downtown, but not so close that you hear the noise and the traffic. We really enjoyed our stay.

Great getaway to Prescott

We stayed here for Easter weekend. It is a very clean house with plenty of space and a bathroom for each bedroom (which is so nice)! Also--the beds are extremely comfortable! Wow! A great back yard where we hung out and saw lots of deer. Perfect location--close to downtown and lots of things in the Prescott area. We will definitely be back. Owners were very responsive to questions--within minutes-thank you!

Charming Home!!!

We've stay in several VRBO's in the past and this one was by far one of the nicest! There was literally nothing the host hasn't thought of. The home is really perfect for families with children. Our little ones loved all the games and the back yard. We really enjoyed how clean and organized everything was and having a bathroom for each bedroom was just perfect. The neighborhood is very charming as well. We highly recommend this home!

We loved every single thing about this home. From the location and lovely quiet neighborhood, to the visiting deer (a dozen came through) and Javelina, to the incredibly clean and bright accommodations. The owners thought of every detail even leaving water and a bottle of wine to welcome us. The beds were comfy, the towels soft, truly it was perfect. Note, you have to walk up the front porch stairs to get to the front door and main level. The lower floor is street level but there isn’t an entrance except through the garage. Not an issue for us but wanted to call it out for anyone who has mobility challenges.We were able to use the garage to store our bikes. You don’t park your car in the garage, but there is plenty of parking in the driveway and circular drive. It was the perfect day for 4 adults and two kids (who shared the queen bed) and we all had our own bathrooms. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Spring break getaway

Great property and location! Neighborhood was quiet. Close to town but never walked because it was cold and rainy during our stay. Our dogs really enjoyed getting to come and be with us. Loved that I didn’t need to bring my own dog food and water bowls. Beds were comfortable, showers were hot and foosball was fun. Thanks for sharing your home with our family!

Clean, comfortable and great location

We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, nicely decorated, enough space for family of five. Basement room had games, foosball table and chess table. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare dinner and breakfast. There was a wine bottle left for us to enjoy, which we appreciated very much after long day at kids activities.We would certainly stay here again!

Charming & Cozy Getaway in the Pines!

We loved our stay at this 1940-built home snuggled in the pines in Prescott. Although it was cold, it provided a wonderful long-weekend, cozy getaway for us and our 2 pups. The home is close to downtown for a quick jaunt to tasty restaurants and endless shopping! Or, if you’re so inclined, it’s near the ages old “saloons.” We enjoyed an evening walking tour, “Murders and Mysteries,” which gave us the colored history of Prescott. I almost hate to share how wonderful this house is so it’s available for us to come back! The layout was great for families, couples or small families with separated beds and baths. The kitchen was very pretty and functional and the living and dining rooms were open and accommodating. Our favorite space was the stone-fenced backyard because our dogs loved it and we even saw deer having breakfast across the road! Book this one. It’s perfect for your Prescott stay!
