  • Beautiful deck overlooking the creek. The house is 960 sq ft, 3 bdrm, 2 baths. Centrally located between Prescott and Prescott Valley- 11 min away from historic downtown Prescott, 7min away from Prescott Valley. Beautiful, private outdoor seating, propane grill. The inside is newly updated. Includes fast WIFI, 2 smart TVs, full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, walk in closet.
    Minutes away from Granite Dell, Lynx Lake, Watson Lake.
    Complimentary coffee and tea.

The backyard has a fenced in pet area which was perfect for our Pomeranian. The house is was and plenty of room for 4 adults. It was very quiet, clean and accommodating. Great communication with with owners. Would love to stay here again.

The home was situated off a main thoroughfare in a secure gated fence in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean, and well equipped for cooking and relaxation indoors or on the large deck and patio. We would stay there again!

Clean, modern, comfortable home

Very nice and efficient three bedroom updated home. Very nice bathrooms, comfortable beds and all the simple things you may need. Simple home that met all of our needs. Nice to have a place that pays attention to the cleanliness details. Great location for what we were in town for and close to major grocery stores and quite a few restaurants. All around great stay.

Place was clean and had a good central location, which means a lot. Only thing negative I can think of is the neighborhood location and the driveway entrance was a little awkward, but we made it work, not something that would keep us from staying again. Overall experience was great.

Great place to stay

We have stayed here two times for work-related trips. Clean, with fenced yard and gate you can lock to create a compound. Full-sized washer, dryer, refrigerator and stove.

Super clean inside

The inside is cute, clean and has comfy beds. We loved having the yard fully fenced for our dog. The home is located very close to highway 69 so you’ll hear the traffic while on the deck but inside is quiet.
