We did find that the 5th bedroom mentioned wasn’t actually a bedroom - more of a den with no door and with only a very low to the ground/toddler size bed. We were not able to use this room, which was disappointing. Apparently we learned that propane was not included for the BBQ and as such, within a minute of our putting steaks on the grill,……

“This cottage was A+ from the moment we walked in. Super cute cottage with everything we could possibly want/need. Well equipped kitchen, soft, plush towels, and an extremely comfortable bed and linens. The host is very responsive and helpful. Next time our travels bring us to the Prescott area we will definitely rebook here.”

“Beds were super comfy …. Zzzz. We stayed a week . Property was as described . Even had a Peloton bike Equipped well with condiments for cooking, coffee etc . Our puppy had a great time in the yard .. it was fenced n enclosed . Close proximity to downtown n highways . Ample parking for 2 cars Would highly recommend”

“The house was clean, comfortable, very roomy, well-decorated and exceptionally well kept up. It was just a joy to come back to after doing some touristy things. The owners were easy to reach and concerned that everything was as expected. The location was mixed residential and commercial. There was a place called “Founding Fathers” right across the street. It was a combination barber shop, coffee shop and brew pub. Very cool. I was a bit concerned about noise, but there was none. They closed……

“This was such a beautiful home nestled in the middle of a mountain. We absolutely loved the indoor dining room that was so beautifully decorated and allowed us to sit as a family and look out over the mountains with all the twinkle lights! So comfortable to relax in the living room and the bedrooms were beautiful. I loved the eclectic decorations!. Sharon was fantastic to work with!”

“This is a beautiful, well-kept property. Very clean. Staff was extremely pleasant and helpful planning tours, advising restaurants, etc. Property is very close to Jerome and Sedona. 4 stars, not 5, because of the noise the guests (child) made every evening in the room above us. Sounded like horses running wild. Reported this to management, but it didn’t help.”
